Restraining Order Violations Lead to Arrest: Concord Police Log

Plus, teen summoned for booze at CHS football game and alleged drunk driver reportedly asks officer to take a pic for his Facebook account.

CONCORD, NH — Gordon B. Post, 43, of Politic Drive in Rochester, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2015, for operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Thorndike Street for a broken plate light. Post was convicted previously of operating without a valid driver’s license and was arrested.

Bhakta Darjee, 45, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2015, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were sent to the apartment complex for a disturbance between a married couple with a child alleging that her father struck her mother. The woman alleged that Darjee was “very controlling and jealous which leads to abuse,” according to the report. She alleged that he had been drinking a lot of alcohol and then kicked her in the arm and slapper her face. The officer didn’t observe any physical marks but noted that she appeared to be afraid. Darjee was then arrested.

Kristen J. McAllister, 41, of Hooksett Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 6:05 p.m. on Sept. 19, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Franklin District Court for driving after revocation or suspension, $600 cash bail. She was arrested on Storrs Street when an officer reportedly saw her “look at me and then quickly turn her head in the other direction” as she kept driving. The officer ran the plate and found the warrant, issued on Aug. 26, 2015. McAllister was pulled over and arrested.

Charles A. Dexter, 28, of Summer Street in Penacook, was arrested at 8:34 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court for nonappearance in court on a criminal mischief charge. He was arrested on Hall Street near The Sandwich Depot.

Claire M. Mulcahy, 66, of Friendship Avenue in Pembroke, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Sept. 17, 2015, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer at the Walmart on Loudon Road for allegedly shoplifting $39.92 worth of belts and sweaters.

Laurie F. Boots, 53, of Elizabeth Drive in Boscawen, received a summons at 8:45 a.m. on Sept. 12, 2015, for negligent driving after an accident on Village Street, allegedly veering off the road, striking a sign, part of the Citizens Bank building, and then a parked vehicle, which caused another vehicle to be rear-ended. Boots reportedly told the officer that she felt something on her leg, looked down, and then crashed, according to the report.

Jaret Foote, 17, of Broad Cove Drive in Concord, received a summons at 9:30 p.m. on Sept. 11, 2015. for unlawful possession of alcohol. An officer on duty at a Concord High School football received a tip about a student in the stands who might have a water bottle with alcohol in it. After the game ended, an assistant principal and the officer caught up with the student – Foote – who allegedly had red, glassy eyes, smelled like alcohol, and admitted that he had been drinking. He was then issued a summons.

Casey E. Erraji Chahid, 27, of Wellington Way in Pembroke, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. on Sept. 10, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension and suspended registration after a traffic stop on Loudon Road for failing to dim high beams. Her license was suspended on June 18, 2015, and she was previously convicted of operating after revocation on March 2, 2015.
