Alleged LSD, Oxycodone Dealer Indicted: Rockingham Roundup

Plus, sex offender faces two online identifiers charges, Seabrook man indicted for growing pot, and other drug indictments.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

Rebekah Foster, 36, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and delivery of articles prohibited-fentanyl, both felonies. On June 30, 2017, she allegedly concealed the drug at the Rockingham County House of Corrections.

Janet Franklin, 32, of Walton Road in Seabrook, on six felony counts of forgery. In September and October 2016, she allegedly uttered multiple forged checks in the amount of $3,000.

Brian Garrigan, 36, lower right, of North Road in Brentwood, on two felony counts of registration of online identifiers. On April 21, 2016, in Seabrook, he allegedly used the name “BRI” on a website – primejailbait.com – as well as the name “Irishman” on kik.com without notifying police, due to his sex offender status.

Richard Gibbons Jr., 52, lower left, of Collins Street in Seabrook, for felony manufacturing of a controlled drug-marijuana allegedly on June 8, 2017, in Seabrook.

Marc Glaser, 37, of London Road in Salem, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on April 20, 2017, in Windham.

Sean P. Glynn, 29, of Reed Road in Wellington, ME, on six felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-Oxycodone. LSD and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, LSD. The charges stem from alleged incidents in April and May 2017, in Seabrook.

Jacqueline Gray, 25, lower middle, of Cooke Road in Alton, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to sell allegedly on June 1, 2017, in Greenland.

Christina Hall, 32, of Jagger Mill Road in Sanford, ME, for possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell/dispense-fentanyl and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, both felonies, allegedly on May 8, 2017, in Greenland.

Brianna Hardy, 24, of Spencer Street in Methuen, MA, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-heroin, Buprenorphine, fentanyl allegedly on Feb. 17, 2017, in Salem.
