Rockingham Sheriffs Arrest Woman For Reckless Operation

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.

Brandon M. Castiglione, 23, of Ridgemont Drive in Londonderry, was arrested on July 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing on an original charge of possession of a narcotic drug.

Steven Phillips, 31, of River Street in Newmarket, was arrested on July 7, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by unauthorized taking and on a judge’s order to arrest for theft by deception.

David A. Harwood, 48, of Forest Street in Byfield, MA, was arrested on July 5, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Brent R. Berube, 32, of Crest Road in Somersworth, was arrested on July 3, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for violation of probation on an original charge of possession of fentanyl.

Rebekah Foster, 37, of Silvestri Circle in Derry, was arrested on June 29, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court.

Kylie Donohue, 22, of Westville Road in Plaistow, was arrested on June 28, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing on an original charge of possession of fentanyl and on a judge’s order to arrest for possession of drugs without a valid prescription.

Taylor J. Carpentier, 23, of Old Suncook Road in Concord, was arrested on June 27, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for VOP on an original charge of possession of heroin.

Amber Spears, 21, of Laval Street in Manchester, was arrested on June 23, 2017, on two counts of reckless operation.

Andrew J. Descoteaux, 32, of Monument Street in Haverhill, MA, was arrested on June 21, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear on disp conf for shoplifting.
