Kingston Man Arrested On Failure To Appear On An Escape Charge

Sheriffs also arrest a Sanford, ME, woman, and a Rochester woman on a judge's order, and a Salem man on a drug court charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by Rockingham County Sheriffs.

Christina M. Hall, 33, of Jagger Mill Road in Sanford, ME, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest.

Thomas J. Mignanelli, 35, of Juniper Street in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 6, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for contempt capias-martial non-support and on a judge’s order to arrest for violation prob on an original charge of vehicle theft.

Stephen H. Emery, 61, of Williams Avenue in Kittery, ME, was arrested on Oct. 5, 2017, on a warrant on a fugitive from justice charge.

Daniel R. Heath, 27, of Blake Road in Salem, was arrested on Oct. 4, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of receiving stolen property.

Corey R. Banks, 37, of Middle Road in Graniteville, VT, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear at a review hearing on an original charge of bail jumping.

Mark T. George, 30, of Cheney Road in Kingston, was arrested on Oct. 2, 2017, on a judge’s order to arrest for failure to appear in drug court on an original charge of escape-burglar as well as two bench warrants out of Plaistow District Court for reckless operation and theft.
