Derry Man Indicted On Attempted Rape Charge: Rockingham County

New Yorker indicted on accomplice ID fraud charges; Maine man indicted on forgery charge; Nashua man indicted on stolen property charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Michael Douglas Caldwell, 39, of River Road in Plymouth, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, fentanyl, buprenorphine on May 30, and June 7, 2019, in Salem.

Wayne Peter Campbell, 55, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on identity fraud and two receiving stolen property charges, all felonies. He's accused of retaining a credit card owned by someone else and purchasing items at Walgreen's on Dec. 25, 2018, in Londonderry. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted on theft charges.

Justin Caron, 31, of Country Drive in Biddeford, Maine, on a felony forgery charge. Between March 20, and March 22, in Portsmouth, he's accused of uttering a state of Maine transfer of ownership form to defraud another.

Alan Chen, 33, pictured right, of 83rd Street of Brooklyn, New York, on a felony theft by deception charge. He's accused of attempting to obtain control of iPhones and iPads at Verizon Wireless, under a New York's business name, without authority, in Salem on April 4.

Michael Chouinard, 27, left, of Fox Cross Lane in Northwood, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, meth charges, on April 16, in Raymond.

Douglas W. Collins Jr., 51, of Jeff Lane in Derry, on a felony attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He's accused of attempting to rape a woman on July 15, in Derry.

Tracey Lee D'Amelio, 34, of Hammond Street in Sanford, ME, on a felony accomplice possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute/sell charge. She is accused of aiding Lynn O'Brien, by driving her to and from Lawrence, Massachusetts, where 5 grams were purchased, allowing O'Brien to possess the drugs in Greenland on May 29.

Crystal Danko, 34, of Beck Road in Loudon, on felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on June 11, in Salem.

Kent Darling, 54, of Stover Lane in Belfast, ME, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-oxycodone, crack cocaine on June 23, 2018, in Greenland.

Victor E. Delacruz, 21, of 186th Street in New York, NY, on receiving stolen property and accomplice identity fraud charges. On Jun 27, he's accused of driving David Rudnicki to the TD Bank in Salem, where Rudnicki is accused of withdrawing more than $1,500 from another person's bank account.
