2 Indicted On Rape Charges In Hillsborough County Court: Roundup

Nashua man indicted on reckless conduct for firing handgun at a home; man indicted on drug dealing charges; alleged knife slasher indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Justin Arch, 21, of no fixed address in Nashua, on five felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. He is accused of selling the drug to an agent of the Nashua Police Department in April and May 2019.

Tyler Bernard, 28, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony second-degree assault charge for allegedly strangling an intimate partner in Nashua in April 2019.

Joseph Bissonnette, 41, of Rimmon Street in Manchester, on a felony habitual offender charge. He accused of driving on Lake Street in Nashua on March 1, 2019, after being certified as a habitual offender in August 2003.

Mark Blease, 60, pictured lower far right, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on felony aggravated felonious sexual assault and two misdemeanor sexual assault charges. In April 2019, in Nashua, he is accused of assaulting, fondling, and kissing a woman in Nashua.

Jonathan Briere, 25, pictured lower right, of Forest Road in Wilton, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl in March 2019, in Nashua, and felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine in April 2019, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in October 2014, in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Stevie Cabozzi, 26, of no fixed address in Lowell, Massachusetts, pictured lower left, on two felony counts of forgery. In December 2018, she allegedly uttered two checks, valued at $400, to TD Bank in Nashua from a company that had not been issued to her.

Brenon Cassidy, 32, of Adams Street in Nashua, on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine in April 2019, in Nashua.

Jose Castaneda-Alvarez, 41, pictured lower far left, of Syracuse Road in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct charge. On May 20, 2019, he is accused of firing a Bersa 380 handgun three times out of the window of home in Nashua.

Alan Chen, 33, pictured upper far right, of 83rd Street in Brooklyn, New York, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge. On April 11, 2019, in Nashua, he is accused of presenting fictitious business documents at the Verizon Wireless shop in an attempt to acquire iPhones and business lines in excess of $1,500.

Jose Collazo-Rivera, 36, pictured upper right, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two counts of felony theft by unauthorized taking. In March 2019, he was accused of stealing Norelco Shavers, valued at about $70 from CVS in Nashua. In April 2019, he's accused of stealing two TKNO Ridge pullovers valued at $258 from the Dick's Sporting Goods store in Nashua. He has been convicted twice before of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2018, and Nashua District Court in August 2015.

Michael Come, 28, of Paxton Terrace in Nashua, pictured upper left, on three counts of felony sexual assault. Between January and March 2018, he was accused of sexually assaulting a girl older than 13 but younger than 16 in Nashua.

Jacqueline Cortes Montero, 46, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, pictured upper far left, on a felony second-degree assault charge – cutting a person's hand with a pocketknife – on March 31, 2019, in Nashua.
