Homeless Woman Indicted On Robbery Charge: Rockingham County

Manchester, Plaistow men indicted for drugs, Hampstead man indicted for second-degree assault, alleged Raymond welfare fraudster indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were recently indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Katherine Canney, 27, a homeless woman now located in Rochester, for robbery. On June 29, 2017, she allegedly used the fear of physical force and demanded money from another person in Portsmouth.

Anthony Caperci, 21, of Mapleton Road in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Sept. 4, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Philip Caron, 59, of Hale Spring Avenue in Plaistow, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to sell or dispense allegedly on Oct. 18, 2017, in Exeter.

Russell Cook, 27, of Sawmill Lane in Hampstead, for felony second-degree assault – allegedly striking another person and fracturing his nasal bone – as well as two counts of simple assault and criminal mischief-vandalism on Aug. 5, 2017, in Derry.

Kirsten Cote, 24, of Bypass 28 in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Oct. 7, 2018, in Salem.

Theresa Cunningham, 56, of Evelyn Avenue in Raymond, on two felony counts of public welfare-prohibited act. Between May 1, 2015, and June 30, 2017, she allegedly failed to disclose property, wages, income, or resources, as well as her husband’s information, to the NH DHHS, which would have limited her eligibility.

Scott Currier, 41, of White Mountain Highway in Milton, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Aug. 8, 2017, he allegedly deprived Seacoast Volkswagen in Greenland of money from a transaction.

John A. Debendetto, 33, of Mill Street in Dracut, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Oct. 13, 2017, in Atkinson.
