Alleged Kidnapper Faces on Assault Gun Charges Indictment Roundup

Plus, alleged Nashua crack cocaine dealer, Litchfield pawn shop employee, alleged Derry thief, alleged Amherst welfare fraudster, indicted.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Arthur Bone, 59, of Maryland Street in Dorchester, MA, for felony duty to report. Between June and August 2015, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender in Nashua.

Shawn Brady, 27, of no fixed address, for felony possession of heroin-subsequent. On Jan. 17, 2016, he was allegedly in possession of the drug in Nashua. He was previously convicted in December 2010.

Carl Branco, 49, of Briarwood Lane in Litchfield, on five felony counts of receiving stolen property. Between March and November 2014, in Nashua, he was allegedly in possession of gift cards, handbags, Armani statues, computer accessories, thermostats, tools, ink cartridges, and other items, all in excess of $1,500, that belonged to other people.

James Campbell, 54, currently incarcerated, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (crack cocaine) on Oct. 27, Oct. 28, Oct. 29, and Nov. 16, 2015, to a cooperating individual of the Nashua Police.

Michael Come, 25, of Paxton Terrace in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug. On Nov. 2, 2015, he allegedly sold marijuana to an undercover Nashua Police officer.

Kirsten Cote, 22, of Route 28 Bypass in Derry, for felony theft by unauthorized taking and criminal trespass. On Dec. 23, 0215, she allegedly stole more than $134 worth of items from Walmart in Hudson after being convicted of theft by unauthorized taking in January 2014 and August 2014 in Derry District Court. She was trespassed from the property in June 2013.

Wilfredo Cruz, 41, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for two felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (cocaine), second offense, and criminal liability to sale of a narcotic drug, second offense. On Sept. 30, Oct. 5, and Oct. 6, 2015, h was allegedly involved in drug deals with a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department. He was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2013.

Gregory B. Mauti, 34, of Moore Avenue in Westford, MA, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly striking a man in the head causing a fraction on Sept. 4, 2015, in Hudson.

Christy Michaud, 26, of Boston Post Road in Amherst, for felony welfare fraud. Between November 2013 and October 2014, she allegedly obtained $7,000 in cash, food stamps, and medical benefits that she was not entitled to while intentionally failing to disclose that her son no longer lived with her.

Desmond Mighty, 26, of Landing Circle in Windsor, CT, for felony kidnapping, felony criminal restraint, and two counts of carrying a concealed firearm. On June 17, 2015, he allegedly struck and pushed a girl to the ground and pinned her saying, “Shhh, stop, do you want to die?” in Merrimack. Police allegedly found pistols in his Volkswagen Jetta.

Kevin Moniz-Donis, 21, of Pine Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug (heroin). On Aug. 4, Aug. 6, and Aug. 18, 2015, he allegedly stole the drug to a cooperating individual working with the Nashua Police Department.

Lauryn Mont, 23, of Emery Road in Lyndeborough, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. On Dec. 16, 2015, in Milford, she allegedly took control of a Honda CR-V that did not belong to her.
