Alleged Seacoast Drug Dealers Indicted: Rockingham Roundup

Convicted Derry and Manchester thieves, Bay State sex offender, and Epping man allegedly trying to bring heroin into jail, all indicted.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently.

James R. Castine, 25, lower right, of Jenness Road in Epping, for possession of a controlled drug-heroin and delivery of articles prohibited, both felonies, allegedly on April 22, 2017, in Brentwood at the Rockingham County House of Corrections. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on prior offenses.

Joshua Castonguay, 29, upper middle, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl with intent and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, both felonies, allegedly on Aug. 4, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Michelle Cavedon, 25, of Lafayette Road in Portsmouth, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and domestic violence-simple assault allegedly grabbing a man by the neck on Aug. 5, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Mathew J. Chaille, 35, of Sagamore Road in Rye, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 10, 2017, in Portsmouth.

Nikole Coe, 24, lower middle, of Lafayette Street in Rochester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on July 13, 2017, in Portsmouth. Previously, according to the indictment, she has been convicted previously.

Eric M. Collette, 49, upper left, of Merrimack Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – for allegedly stealing a tip jar at Stachey’s Pizza in Salem – on May 11, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he’s been convicted of theft twice before.

William Concannon, 53, of Martha’s Way in Dover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam as well as DUI and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle allegedly on July 9, 2017, in Greenland.

Rafael M. Concepcion, 47, upper right, of Bentley Circle in Methuen, MA, for sale of a controlled drug-heroin and/or fentanyl allegedly on July 6, 2017, in Salem.

Theresa R. Copello, 23, lower left, of Coles Grove Road in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly between Aug. 11, and Aug. 15, 2017, in Derry. Previously, according to the indictment, she was previously convicted of drug charges.

Kirsten Cote, 24, of Route 28 Bypass in Derry, for receiving stolen property and theft by deception, both felonies, allegedly on Aug. 21, 2017, involving a stolen camera hocked at The Pawn Guys. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.

Carlos Cruz, 44, of Hilldale Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for felony failure to register as a sexual offender. On May 29, 2017, he allegedly failed to register his employment with the Salem Police.
