Sheriffs Arrest Nashua, Rochester Residents On Drug Charges

BRENTWOOD, NH — Benjamin Richard Cote, 39, of Post Road in Portland, Maine, was arrested on Oct. 17 on a felonies first warrant for def. sent. on a fentanyl possession charge and an electronic bench warrant out of Portsmouth District Court for receiving stolen property.

Myriah Elaine Allard, 29, of Hayes Park in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 17 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of an operating while habitual offender charge.

James Michael McCarron, 49, of High Street in Exeter, was arrested on Oct. 15 on a judge's order to arrest for restitution on an original theft charge.

Joseph Jon MacDonald Jr., 30, of Harriman Hill Road in Raymond, was arrested on Oct. 10 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at prob. hearing on an original charge of burglary.

Robert Garcia Maisonet Jr., 24, of Mass Mill Drive in Lowell, MA, was arrested on Oct. 10 on a judge's order to arrest for VOP on a robbery with a knife charge.

Seth Gabriel Shackford, 40, of Broad Street in Nashua, was arrested on Oct. 8 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at disp. on a methamphetamine possession charge.

Ronald Thomas Pretola, 57, of Newbury Street in Danvers, MA, was arrested on Oct. 8 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at the arraignment of a shoplifting charge.

Todd Andrew Wilbur, 36, of Windham Depot Road in Derry, was arrested on Oct. 7 on a felonies first warrant for failure to appear at disp. on an original charge of meth possession.

John Paul Stacy, 47, of Bunker Hill Road in Auburn, was arrested on Oct. 4 on a judge's order to arrest for VIO court order for failure to pay child support.

Megan Ann Morrison, 24, of Howard Brook Drive in Rochester, was arrested on Oct. 3 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at status on a fentanyl possession charge, on a judge's order to arrest for fentanyl possession charge, and on a judge's order to arrest for operating after suspension charge.

Amanda Lynn Abrahams, 29, of Orchard Road in Acton, Maine, was arrested on Oct. 2 on a judge's order to arrest for failure to appear at the arraignment on a fentanyl charge and on a judge's order to arrest for operating after suspension charge.
