Stratham Bar Indicted For Allegedly Over-Serving: Rockingham Indictments

Plus, Danville, Derry, Greenville, and Seabrook residents indicted on felony drug charges and Manchester woman indicted on forgery charge.

BRENTWOOD, NH — Alan Yang Inc. dba Jade Palace on Portsmouth Avenue in Stratham, on four felony counts of prohibited sales for allegedly over-serving four patrons, including one that was under 21, on Sept. 29, 2016.

Brian Arnold, 20, of Timothy Street in Danville, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Oct. 26, 2016, in Londonderry.

Patrick Bayer, 41, of Nesmith Street in Derry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Nov. 29, 2016, in Derry. (For more information on this and other neighborhood stories, subscribe to Exeter NH Patch to receive daily newsletters and breaking news alerts.)

Jade Beaulieu, 30, of Darling Hill Road in Greenville, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine allegedly on Dec. 10, 2016, in Salem.

Terince Belanger, 31, with a last known address of Old Dover Road in Rochester, on two counts of receiving stolen property and two counts of theft by deception, all felonies. On Oct. 21, 2016, in Derry, he allegedly disposed of a drill at Tool Liquidation Center and a chainsaw and nail gun at The Pawn Guys for cash. Twice before, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft.

Melissa Berger, 36, of Massabesic Street in Manchester for felony forgery allegedly on March 2, 2017, in North Hampton involving an uttered check against an account owned by another person.

Lois A. Besso, 55, of Bodwell Road in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking and use or possession of theft detective shielding devices and theft detection device removers, both felonies, allegedly on May 2, 2017, at Macy’s in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft.

Shane Biron, 33, of Sargent Station Road in Weare, for felony willful concealment for allegedly stealing an amp booster from Sanel Auto Parts on April 28, 2017, in Salem. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft.

Shannon Blake, 40, pictured left, of South Main Street in Seabrook, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on March 11, 2017, in Seabrook.

Charles Boccello, 38, pictured right, of Fairway Drive in Derry, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies, allegedly on Jan. 5, 2017, in Londonderry.
