Alleged Attempted Murderer, Thieves, Assaulters, Others Indicted: Roundup
Hampton man indicted for baby formula thefts, Pelham, Londonderry residents indicted on drug charges, Salem habitual offender also indicted.
BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham Superior Court.
Tanya A. Daly, 28, of Ministerial Road in Bedford, for theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Aug. 15, 2016, in Salem, she allegedly shoplifted items from Kohl’s and swallowed a pill she was in possession of at the time, according to the indictment. Daly has been convicted twice of theft.

Jeffrey Delsoin, 25, of Warren Street in Roxbury, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam, allegedly on July 30, 2016, in Salem.
Deborah Deslongchamps, 35, pictured lower right, of North Road in Candia, for two counts of attempted murder, attempted first-degree assault-domestic violence, reckless conduct-domestic violence, domestic violence, all felonies, as well as endangering the welfare of a child or incompetent. On Oct. 18, 2016, in Candia, she allegedly threatened to harm and discharged a firearm near and at a child under 18.

Jon R. Dube, 43, of Culver Street in Plaistow, for driving after certification as a habitual offender, allegedly on May 22, 2016, in a Walgreens parking lot in Hampstead.
Mark L. Dufour III, 24, pictured lower center, of Gaita Drive in Derry, for second-degree assault and two counts of criminal threatening, all felonies, and simple assault. On Aug. 5, 2016, in Derry, he allegedly pointed a handgun at another person, threatened them, and struck that person with the handgun.
Eric E. Earle, 20, pictured lower left, of South Main Street in Newton, for burglary, conspiracy to commit burglary, and receiving stolen property, all felonies, reckless conduct, disobeying an officer. On July 2, 2016, in Newton, allegedly in concert with Charles Ryan and Justin Boivin, he burglarized the A&M Junction Store on West Main Street, according to the indictment. He also allegedly received a vehicle that belonged to another person that he believed was probably stolen.
William Gervais, 37, pictured upper left, of South Shore Avenue in Pelham, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, allegedly on Aug. 10, 2016, in Brentwood.
Jamie Gibbs, 38, of Whippoorwill Road in Newton, for second-degree assault and domestic violence, both felonies. On Sept. 3, 2016, in Newton, he allegedly tackled a family member to the ground and strangled her.
Jordan Gingras, 24, pictured center left, of Pinyon Place in Londonderry, for felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, as well as driving after revocation or suspension, disobeying an officer, possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, and a tail lamp and reflectors violation, allegedly on Aug. 2, 2016, on Auburn Road in Londonderry.
Jonathan Godin, 28, of Lancelot Court in Salem, for driving after certification as a habitual offender, allegedly on July 8, 2016, in the Shaw’s parking lot in Salem.
Stephen Gonzalo, 51, of Ocean Boulevard in Hampton, for two counts of felony willful concealment, for allegedly stealing more than $1,500 worth of baby formula from the Walmart in Portsmouth sometime between July and August 2015. He has twice been convicted of theft in the past, according to the indictment.
Mark Gordon, 60, of Hall Street in Manchester, for felony theft by deception, for allegedly exercising control over more than $1,500 by “creating an impression which was false” that he would perform construction services, allegedly on Aug. 30, 2015, in Derry.
