Manchester Man Indicted On Stalking, Habitual Offender Charges
Merrimack County Superior Court roundup: Goffstown man indicted on theft charge; drug indictments in Concord, Franklin, and Hooksett.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Bouthavy Bay Sonthikoummane, 40, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl on July 7 and Aug. 22 in Concord.
Samantha Stanford, 29, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth, and buprenorphine on Nov. 14 in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2019.

Hollins Sylvain, 28, of Somerville Street in Manchester on felony operating while certified as a habitual offender charge. He was accused of driving in the parking lot on Commerce Drive in Hooksett on Aug. 6.
Alvin Taveras Perez, 29, of Log Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Dec. 7, 2020, in Hooksett.

Jesse Tyrell, 33, of Dekalb Road in Granville, New York, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine, cocaine charges on June 3 in Hooksett.
Daniel D. Valentin, 41, a homeless man now located in Concord, on operating while certified as a habitual offender and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges, both felonies, on July 28 in Concord.
Kelly Walsh, 52, of Plains Court in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl on May 13 in Franklin.
Eric Joseph Waterman, 45, of Lisa Lane in Concord on a felony count of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine on Aug. 5 in Franklin.
Alan Basil White Jr., 31, of Amherst Street in Manchester on stalking and operating while certified as a habitual offender charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving in Concord on Sept. 22 after being certified and was prohibited from being within 50 feet of a woman. According to the indictment, White was out on bail at the time of the arrest and had previously been convicted on a stalking charge in September 2020.
Ryan C. Woods, 32, of Church Street in Goffstown on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two previous convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise from Target in Hooksett on June 26.
Michael Young, 41, of Frances Street in Franklin on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, both felonies. He was accused of being in possession of nunchucks and meth on Aug. 11 in Franklin. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a robbery charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in April 1993.
Robert Young, 53, of Country Lane in Franklin on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth, fentanyl on April 12 and May 24 in Franklin.
