NJ Man Indicted On 16 Counts Of Sexual Assault: Court Roundup
Dominican man indicted on drug sale death charge; Derry man accused of cutting woman with sharp object; Hampton man indicted on car theft.

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Amy Cresta, pictured lower middle, 46 of Woodlands Hills Road in South Berwick, Maine, on a felony identity fraud charge as well as three credit card fraud-less than $1,000 charges. She is accused of posing as another in order to obtain gift cards from Cumberland Farms in Portsmouth on July 2, 2019.
Alexander D'Alessandro, 27, of Fairway Drive in Derry, on two felony domestic violence-second-degree assault charges and two domestic violence-simple assault charges. He is accused of cutting a woman's back and chin with a blade or very sharp object as well as biting and wrapping his arms around her neck and throwing her to the ground on Sept. 23, 2019, in Derry.

James W. Darrah, 57, of Boynton Street in Bedford, on a felony second-degree assault charge. He is accused of grabbing another person by the neck on Sept. 10, 2019, in Windham.
Shawn Day, 51, of Crescent Way in Portsmouth, on a felony robbery charge. He is accused of using physical force and taking clothes from JC Penney in Newington on Oct. 9, 2019.

Justin Lee Daye, 30, of Johnson Road in Limerick, ME, on a felony conspiracy to commit possession of fentanyl charge. He is accused of agreeing with Amazia Sylvester while in Plaistow to drive to Massachusetts to purchase fentanyl on June 20, 2019.
John Derose, lower right, 40, of Ski Hill Drive in Bedminster, New Jersey, on two counts of manufacture of child sexual abuse images and two counts of possession of child sexual abuse images, all felonies, as well as five counts of violation of private/use, install devise and 16 counts of domestic violence-sexual assault. Between Feb. 1, and April 1, 2019, in Plaistow, he is accused of taking pictures of a girl and recording the girl in a shower or bathtub. Between Aug. 1, 2017, and April 20, 2018, he is accused of fondling the girl.
Brian S. Eldridge, 24, of Woodland Road in Hampton, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He is accused of driving off in another person's Hyundai Elantra on Jan. 17, 2019, in Newmarket.
Benjamin P. Ellis, upper middle, 68, of Maplewood Drive in Londonderry, on a felony duty to report charge. He is accused failing to register a change in motor vehicle to the Londonderry police on July 29, 2019. He was convicted of an aggravated felonious sexual assault charge against a victim under 13 in January 1987.
Michael Taliadoros, lower left, 26, of Kristen Drive in Derry, on a felony domestic violence-reckless conduct charge. He is accused of driving a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon at a woman and intimate partner, requiring her to jump out of the way, on Aug. 27, 2019, in Derry.
Manuel Tejada Santana aka Feliz Quintero Aguilar, upper left, 42, of the Dominican Republic, incarcerated at the time of the indicment, on a sale of heroin-fentanyl-death resulting and principal or accomplice-sale of heroin-fentanyl-death resulting, both felonies. He is accused of selling the drug to Thomas Drake, causing his death on Sept. 6, 2014, as well as working acting in concert with or aiding Nicholas Austin in the drug sale.
