Nashua Man Indicted On Negligent Homicide Charge In Concord Court

Laconia man indicted on drug, reckless conduct, evidence charges after crash; drug, second-degree assault, stolen property indictments.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court in Concord.

Eric Lewis, 51, of Spring Street in Laconia on possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, falsifying physical evidence, and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. He was accused of driving a 2004 Nissan Titan pickup truck in excess of 100 mph with a passenger inside, without headlights on in Bow on May 30, threw drugs to the ground to conceal them from New Hampshire State Police in Hopkinton, and crashing the vehicle into a stone wall and trees in Henniker later. Glenn R. Levesque, 43, of Fowell Avenue in Nashua on a felony negligent homicide charge. He was accused of speeding, swerving around other vehicles, and crashing and rolling his 2015 GMC pickup truck in North Sutton on April 23, killing Jonathan Mainguy. Nicolas Lynn, 32, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions. He was accused of stealing merchandise on Jan. 17 in Concord.

James A. Machado Sr., 46, of Cross Mill Road in Northfield on a felony receiving stolen property with prior convictions charge. He was accused of knowingly retaining checks owned by a woman in Franklin on July 19.

Kylie Magoon, 26, of West Main Street in Tilton on a felony sale of a substance represented to be a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge. He was accused of selling the substance on June 28 in Concord. Magoon previously, according to the indictment, was convicted on acts prohibited in October 2013.

William May, 45, of West Bow Street in Franklin on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on March 19 in Franklin. According to the indictment, May was out of bail from Merrimack County Superior Court from January at the time.

Michael Maynard, 58, of North Main Street in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on June 21 in Hooksett. At the time, according to the indictment, he was convicted on acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in July 2020.

Jonathan McCarthy, 38, a homeless man now located in Concord, on tampering with witnesses and informants and two second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, all felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman on June 4 and June 9 in Concord and then, on June 10, was accused of attempting to get the woman to withhold testimony, saying, “rats need to die” or words to that effect.

Parker Hall Workman, 40, of Pembroke Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on July 2 in Concord.

Ryan C. Woods, 32, of Church Street in Goffstown on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, meth, fentanyl charges on Feb. 17 in Hooksett.

Michael Bliss, 36, of Bridge Street in Pittsfield on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on June 8 in Pittsfield.

Samuel Booker, 20, of Pembroke Street in Concord on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a man on April 22 in Northfield.
