Wrong-Way Accused Drunken Driver Indicted: Court Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Laura Anderson, 48, of South Road in Brentwood on a felony reckless conduct charge. She was accused of driving a motor vehicle in the wrong direction on Interstate 93 south in Hooksett, putting others in danger, on June 6. Henry J. Aube, 39, of West Shore Drive in Andover on a felony criminal mischief charge. He was accused of damaging another person’s Honda Pilot on May 23 in Henniker by crashing it into a woodpile, causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Nycole Audet, 39, of Somerville Street in Manchester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-spice-ABD-BUTINACA charge on April 2 in Hooksett.
Ryan C. Barden, 30, of Grant Street in Laconia on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, methamphetamine charges on Nov. 16, 2020, in Bow.

Seth T. Brunelle, 29, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony assault by prisoners charge. He was accused of striking a corrections officer in the face with his handcuffed hands on Sept. 9 in the Merrimack County Jail.
Haleen A Buonano, 44, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing from Home Depot in Concord on Aug. 7 after being convicted twice before of theft.
James Carney, 50, of Battle Street in Webster on a felony criminal threatening with a deadly weapon charge. He was accused of pointing a .40 caliber handgun at a woman and threatening to kill her on July 6 in Webster.
Nikolas Carr, 27, a homeless man now located in Franklin, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 21 in Concord.
Sean Scadding, 32, of Cartier Street in Manchester on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, fentanyl mix charge on May 31 in Hooksett.
Brett A. Seeley, 37, of Alice Drive in Concord on a felony aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving after revocation or suspension charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving on North State Street while intoxicated on liquor or drugs and causing a motor vehicle collision with a suspended license on July 19 in Concord.
William Smith, 27, of Asby Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 6 in Concord.
Wayne F. Smith, 46, a homeless man now located in Concord, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, meth charges on Aug. 13 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Smith was convicted on acts prohibited in April 2020.
Bounthavy Sonthikoummane, 40, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 7 in Concord.
