Operation 'Safe Haven' Warrant Roundup Leads To 11 Arrests

Londonderry man faces robbery charge while numerous Manchester men face second-degree, other assault, stalking, cruelty to animals charges.

MANCHESTER, NH — Police in New Hampshire's largest city spent Tuesday rounding up 11 people who were wanted on outstanding arrest warrants for domestic violence and other crimes.

The sweep, nicknamed Operation "Safe Haven," led to charges against seven men from Manchester, one man from Londonderry, a man in Keene, a man in Lowell, Massachusetts, and a woman from Manchester.

"The mission is to protect those victims that may be at an increased risk of safety from further abuse," said Heather Hamel, the public information officer for the department. "These arrest warrants were a direct result of investigations conducted by the detectives assigned to the domestic and sexual violence unit."

Arrested in Manchester were:

Angel Torres, pictured upper left, 47, of Manchester on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Danielle Fabrizio, upper center left, 40, of Manchester on domestic violence-simple assault, theft, and receiving stolen property charges.

Ryan Jeannis, upper center right, 20, of Manchester on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Nicholas Pena, upper right, 24, of Manchester on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Kadeem Phillips, lower middle left, 21, of Manchester on a stalking charge.

Donald Fraize, lower middle center, 32, of Londonderry on unarmed robbery and criminal restraint charges.

Amari Graham, lower middle right, 19, of Manchester on a domestic violence-simple assault charge.

Courtney Orleans-Aikins, lower left, 24, of Manchester on second-degree assault, false imprisonment, and three simple assault charges. He was held and is expected to be arraigned in Hillsborough County Superior Court North Thursday.

Alfred Farrell, lower left middle, 40, of Manchester on stalking, violation of bail, domestic violence-simple assault, and cruelty to animals charges.

Arrested in Massachusetts was Somkith Thongsouvanh, lower middle right, 32, of Lowell, MA, on a stalking charge. He is being held as a fugitive from justice and will be brought to New Hampshire at a later date.

Arrested in Keene was Casey Currivan, lower left, 36, of Keene on a domestic violence-simple assault charge. He was released on bail.

Fabrizio, Phillips, Pena, Farrell, and Fraize have all been arraigned while Jeannis, Torres, and Graham were released on personal recognizance bail.
