Accused Child Sexual Assaulters, Others Indicted: Court Roundup
Mass. father-son accused of stealing from car wash kiosk; Merrimack burglary suspect; Milford man allegedly pocketing $15K fee all indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Kenneth Dexter III, 34, pictured upper far left, of Court Street in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge – due to two prior convictions– and two felony counts of criminal mischief. Kenneth Dexter II, 58, pictured upper left, of the same address, was also indicted on a single count of felony accomplice to criminal mischief. Between Aug. 31, and Sept. 1, 2016, more than 1,000 belonging to Camp’s Car Wash was stolen and $3,000 worth of damage was done to automated kiosks at Camp’s Car Wash and Glacier Car Wash. Previously, Dexter III was convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South on receiving stolen property in July 2010, and receiving stolen property in Nashua District Court in February 2011.
Eric S. Driscoll, 38, pictured far upper right, of London Court in Merrimack, on attempted burglary and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, subsequent offense. The burglary charge stems from an incident at Open Road Tattoo on the Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack on Jan. 24, 2019. The drug charge was from Feb. 1, 2019, in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, Driscoll was convicted of controlled drug; acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in March 2016.

Kimberly Duthie, 38, of Adam Hill Road in Greenville, on pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault. Between January 2012, and December 2015, she is accused of touching and assaulting a girl in Greenville and Greenfield.
Danielle Fabrizio, 39, of Donald Drive in Goffstown, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine charge from Feb. 19, 2019, in Merrimack.

Tony Freeman, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony duty to report charge on Jan. 26, 2019, in Nashua.
Joseph Gagliardi, 26, pictured lower center, of Avery Road in Londonderry, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge from Dec. 13, 2018, in Merrimack.
Tyler Greenhalgh, 26, of Tampa Street in Nashua, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine with intent to dispense, possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, and common nuisance, all felonies. The charges stem from incidents on Dec. 6, 2018, in Nashua.
Tyler Greenleaf, 25, pictured far lower left, of Abbott Far Lane in Hudson, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge from Sept. 4, 2018, in Hudson.
James Hoffman, 54, of Wellesley Drive in Milford, on a felony receiving stolen property charge. He is accused of retaining and spending $15,465 and not performing services paid for on March 14, 2019, in Milford.
Kenneth Houle, 54, pictured upper right, of Cove Street in Goffstown, on two counts of pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault, two counts of felonious sexual assault, misdemeanor sexual assault, and simple assault. He is accused of assaulting a teenager in Nashua between January 2015, and January 2019.
Cory Huard, 23, pictured lower right, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on Dec. 19, 2018, in Nashua, to an agent of the Hillsborough County Street Crimes Task Force.
