Alleged Bay State Rapist Indicted Again On Another Charge: Court

Plus, woman indicted for shoplifting, Queen City teen indicted on LSD charge, Pelham man indicted for first-degree assault against a child.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Jason Kasilowski, 42, upper left, of Coburn Woods in Nashua, for felony theft by deception for allegedly scanning a $1.78 item in place of a $50 stuff animal from Walmart in Hudson on Jan. 22, 2018. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in both Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in May 2005, and Rockingham County Superior Court in Jun 2007.

Kelsey Lafleur, 19, of Thornton Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methylphenidate, lysergic acide diethylamide allegedly on Dec. 18, 2017, in Nashua.

Maya Louismar, 25, of Arbortor Way in Canton, MA, for organized retail crime enterprise, conspiracy to commit receiving stolen property, and receiving stolen property, all felonies. She reportedly conspired with Tatiana Moore and others to remove merchandise from the premises of various merchants at the Merrimack Premium Outlets on Nov. 30, 2017.

Zachary Madison, 26, upper middle left, of no fixed address in Nashua, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited allegedly facilitating the crime of sale of a controlled drug, reportedly with Britney Bellino, on Feb. 1, 2018, in Nashua.

Justin Malloch, 35, Hinds Lane in Pelham, for first-degree assault and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Jan. 17, 2018, in Pelham, he allegedly inserted his fingers under a child’s lip and ripped it causing it to split open and the base of the child’s nose to need surgery to repair.

Eric Mann, 27, of Upland Road in Stoneham, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly on Jan. 25, 2018, in Merrimack.

Kasadye McLaren, 21, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony theft by deception after allegedly cashing two checks in Nashua on the account of Rochester Precision Optics on June 27, 2017.

Jon Michaud, 25, upper middle right, of Roosevelt Avenue in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on Jan. 31, 2018, in Nashua.

Matthew Michaud, 28, of Langholm Drive in Nashua, for felony negligent homicide. On Aug. 19, 2015, he allegedly caused the death of David Swierk by failing to control his motor vehicle on Dracut Road in Hudson, crossing over the solid double yellow line into oncoming traffic.
