Alleged Drug Dealers, Child Rapist, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, alleged Christmas present burglar, alleged first-degree assault, alleged pot grower, and convicted Mass. thief, all indicted, too.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in March in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Dennis Higgins Sr., 51, pictured upper right, of Ayer Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine. He was allegedly in possession of the drug on Dec. 19, 2016, in Nashua.

Alfredo James, 21, pictured upper left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felonious sexual assault, a felony, and sexual assault. On Dec. 24, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly penetrated and fondled a 13-year-old girl.
Leslie Jean, 57, of Battle Street in Webster, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-subsequent-cocaine, crack cocaine allegedly on Dec. 6, and Dec. 15, 2016, in Nashua to a cooperating agent working for the police. She was previously convicted Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in January 1989.

Jason Kasilowski, 41, pictured upper left center, of Jewett Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing two Fitbit chargers and two Mophie iPhone cases – valued at around $620 – from Kohl’s in Nashua on Jan. 9, 2017. According to the indictment, he’s previously been convicted of theft by deception in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2005 and Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2007.
Spencer Katsohis, 24, pictured lower center left, of Alpha Street in Hudson, for sale of a controlled drug-cocaine and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on Dec. 19, 2016, in Nashua.
Tammy Kevlik, 46, of Bedard Avenue in Derry, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine, Lorazepam and possession of a controlled drug-cocaine/crack cocaine, with intent to distribute, allegedly on Dec. 6, 2016, in Nashua.
Carl Kirsch, 41, pictured lower left, of Cross Street in Nashua, for burglary and two counts of receiving stolen property, all felonies. On Dec. 19, 2016, he allegedly burglarized a home on Lock Street in Nashua and retained toys and tools he knew to be stolen from Cross Street. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted of theft of property of services, in 2009 and 2010.
Joshua Lambert, 25, of Sugar Maker’s Way in Wilton, for possession of a controlled drug-marijuana, with intent to distribute and manufacturing a controlled drug-marijuana, both felonies, and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana. The charges stem from an alleged incident in Wilton on Jan. 2, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, Lambert was convicted of acts prohibited in 2010.
Ryan Little, 58, pictured upper center right, of Temple Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin-subsequent. On Oct. 16, Oct. 21, and Oct. 25, 2016, he allegedly sold drugs in Nashua. Little, the indictment noted, was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in December 2010.
Julio Macias-Bustamante, 23, pictured lower center right, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for first-degree and second-degree assault, both felonies. On Nov. 20, 2016, he allegedly stabbed another man in the back.
