Mass. Man Indicted On Stalking Charge: Hillsborough County Roundup

Alleged drug dealers, Lowell thief facing 3rd charge, Amherst man with priors facing drug charge, Litchfield habitual offender, indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Sammy Hernandez, 33, upper left, of Main Street in Manchester, for felony sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine allegedly acting in concert with Kyle Fleury and Michael Brooks on June 27, 2017, in Nashua.

James Hooper, 47, of Horseshoe Drive in Litchfield, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on Derion Drive in Litchfield on July 20, 2017.

Melanie Kanarian, 47, of Temple Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 19, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted of unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Yorke, ME, District Court.

Jason Kasilowski, 42, upper center, of Jewett Street in Lowell, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing three cans of Twisted Tea at the Cumberland Farms in Nashua on Aug. 7, 2017. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft by deception in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2005 and Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2007.

Yolanda Kennedy, 30, upper right, of Brooks Village Road in Nashua, for receiving stolen property – two rings – allegedly sometime between Oct. 31, and Dec. 12, 2016, in Nashua.

Jill Lapierre, 39, of Strawberry Bank in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine allegedly on Feb. 1, and Feb. 2, 2017, in Nashua.

William Luna, 44, center, of Ludlam Street in Lowell, MA, on three counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, heroin, fentanyl with intent to sell or dispense-subsequent and possession of a controlled drug-heroin, all felonies, allegedly on June 20, 2017, in Pelham. Previously, according to indictment, he was convicted of both possession with intent to distribute and possession in Lowell MA District Court.

Patrick MacDonald, 32, middle right, of Center Street in Middleboro, MA, for felony stalking allegedly on April 29, 2017, after being served with a protective order in Nashua District Court in March 2017.

Dominick Montalvo, 22, lower left, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute allegedly on May 15, 2017, in Hudson.

Richard Morgan, 24, lower center, of Juniper Drive in Amherst, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on July 5, 2017, in Milford. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in 2017.
