Alleged Drug Dealers, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County
Milford man indicted on child porn charges, Hudson man indicted on rape charges, and Mass. man indicted on DUI charges after Nashua crash.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Ted Hall, 26, of Ridge Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine allegedly on Nov. 8, 2016, in Nashua.
Christopher Hanscom, 34, pictured lower right, of Boyd Road in Hudson, on two felony counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and six counts of simple assault. On Feb. 4, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly raped a woman, assaulted, pushed, grabbed her hair, and kissed her.

William Hatheway, 27, pictured upper right, of Powers Street in Milford, on five felony counts of child sexual abuse image allegedly on Feb. 22, 2017, in Milford.
Steven Herring, 58, pictured center, of Amherst Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine-second offense allegedly on Dec. 9, and Dec. 14, 2016, in Nashua.
Lee Houle, 46, pictured lower left, of Prospect Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between Dec. 1, 2015, and June 30, 2016, she allegedly stole more than $1,500 in cash from the Rite Aid in Nashua.
Phillip Kannaly, 26, pictured lower center, of Queensland Road in North Billerica, MA, for reckless conduct, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a Dodge pickup truck and a collision in Railroad Square in Nashua that caused injuries to another person on Nov. 15, 2016.
Joseph Killgren, 35, of Fieldstone Drive in Londonderry, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on Feb. 28, 2017, in Nashua.
Jessica King, 31, pictured upper left, of Fullton Street in Nashua, for felony criminal liability to robbery. On Jan. 14, 2017, in Nashua, she allegedly aided Brandon Mason by unlocking a door on a Temple Street apartment that led to a robbery with a knife incident.
Shayna McDonald, 31, pictured upper center, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, for possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, with intent to dispense-subsequent, possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone, with intent to dispense-subsequent, and forgery, all felonies. The drug incidents allegedly on Jan. 5, 2017, in Nashua; the forgery allegedly occurred on May 22, 2016, involving a Navy Federal Credit Union account.
Andrea McHugh, 32, pictured left middle, of West Street in Georgetown, MA, receiving stolen property – $14,940 in cash owned by others, possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine, and possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on Jan. 3, 2017, in Nashua.
