Alleged Fentanyl Dealer, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Nashua man allegedly invaded Hudson home and teen indicted for attempted Merrimack gun shop, Pelham store burglaries.

NASHUA, NH – The following people have been indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently.

Cassondra Davis, 27, with a last known address of Blossom Street in Nashua, for three felony counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl from Sept. 22, Sept. 23, and Sept. 24, 2015, in Nashua.

Janelle Delaney, 32, of Currier Drive in Manchester, for felony criminal mischief on Feb. 27, 2016, in Hudson for allegedly keying a derogatory word describing the female anatomy on the driver’s side door and hood of a vehicle causing more than $1,500 worth of damage.

Dave Derouin, 34, with a last known address of Stevens Avenue in Nashua, for four counts of domestic violence, one a felony, criminal trespass, and criminal mischief. On March 19, 2016, in Hudson, Derouin allegedly slashed an intimate partner in the arm with a knife, struck her with a hairbrush, scratched her neck, and pushed her to the ground. When asked to leave, he allegedly refused, and reportedly threw a container of baby wipes at a picture causing it to break.

Theresa Ehrsam, 27, of O’Malley Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine on Feb. 16, 2016, in Nashua.

Drexel D. Fair Jr., 56, of Dana Drive in Hudson, for felony habitual offender on March 4, 2016, in Nashua.

Matthew Felton, 37, incarcerated, for felony burglary and criminal threatening. On Feb. 23, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly entered a Woodcrest Drive home and pointed a BB gun at a person’s face and threatened them.

Jonathan T. Flynn, 19, incarcerated, for two counts of burglary, attempted burglary, and two counts of conspiracy to commit burglary. On March 5, 2016, reportedly in concert with Danielle Hagan and Dennis Martinez, he allegedly attempted to burglarize Merrimack Firearms in Merrimack. On March 6, Flynn allegedly burglarized the Mammoth Convenience store in Pelham.

Robert Gagnon, 39, of Souhegan Street in Milford, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl on Feb. 11, 2015, in Milford.

John Garcia, 45, of Temple Street in Nashua, for reckless conduct and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Feb. 17, 2016, he allegedly pushed a police officer out of a moving vehicle and removed heroin from his possession while fleeing from police in Nashua.

Eric Glenn, 24, of Lorraine Street in Hudson, for three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-heroin, fentanyl to an undercover Nashua Police officer on Sept. 1, Sept. 3, and Sept. 8, 2015, in Hudson.

Todd M. Goes, 34, of Broad Street in Nashua, for three counts of felony sale of a narcotic drug-subsequent-heroin on July 2, July 23, and Aug. 5, 2015, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a narcotic drug in Hillsborough Superior Court in August 2006.
