Alleged Knife Slashing Drunk Driver, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Merrimack High teacher from Milford indicted on sex image charge for sexting with student and alleged "Felony Lane Gang" member indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.
Kimberly Phillips, 32, of Grove Street in Lyndeborough, for forgery and identity fraud, both felonies, and two counts of receiving stolen property. On March 7, 2016, in Pelham, she allegedly forged a check and used another person’s identity while also retaining the person’s driver’s license and bank card.

Luichy Pichardo, 27, of Pratt Avenue in Lowell, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, allegedly on July 19, 2016, in Nashua.
Andrew Pratte, 21, of Jensen Street in Nashua, for possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine, second offense, allegedly on Aug. 16, 2016, in Nashua.

Charles Reidy, 23, of Grand Avenue in Nashua, for felony theft lost/mislaid property, for allegedly taking control over a wallet with more than $1,500 in it on Nov. 30, 2015, in Nashua.
Luis Ruiz-Gonzalez, 24, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, second offense, allegedly on Aug. 9, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of sale of a controlled drug in June 2015 in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Edward Thomas, 46, of Nartoff Road in Hollis, for two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on May 18, and July 12, 2016, in Nashua.
Robert Wiley, 63, of Mayflower Drive in Milford, for solicitation to distribution of child sexual abuse images, a felony. In October 2016 in Merrimack, he allegedly solicited a 16-year-old girl to engage in explicit chat, sent her videos of adult men relieving themselves, and enticed her to send him images in return, according to the indictment.
Carley Williams, 31 of Nevada Street in Nashua, on two counts of first-degree assault-domestic violence and two counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, all felonies, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. On Sept. 11, 2016, in Nashua, she allegedly swung a knife at a man, an intimate partner, and cut his head, and drove drunk while a child in her vehicle.
