Alleged Mass. Welfare Fraudster, Others Indicted in Superior Court

Plus, alleged Nashua, Manchester drug dealers indicted, convicted thief indicted again for theft, Hudson man also indicted for possession.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in February in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Aaron Sherman, 33, pictured upper left, of Palm Street in Nashua, formerly of Milford, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. According to the indictment, he allegedly stole a sweatshirt from a car in Hudson on Jan. 4, 2017. He has previously been convicted of theft and receiving stolen property in Nashua District Court.

Jonathan Silva, 32, of Pierce Street in Nashua, on three felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, Buprenorphine, Alprazolam allegedly on Oct. 7, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted in July 2015, in Lowell MA District Court.

Chad Silver, 33, pictured upper center, of Manchester, for sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl-second offense and sale of a counterfeit drug-second offense-heroin allegedly on Aug. 12, 2016, in Nashua. Silver was previously convicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in June 2013.

Joshua Simard, 21, pictured upper right, of Railroad Square in Nashua, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl. The charges stem from alleged incidents in September and October 2016 in Nashua. He was previously convicted in June 2015 in Nashua District Court.

Karen Smith, 32, of Sandwich Road in Buzzards Bay, MA, for felony public welfare-prohibited act. Between February 2013 and April 2015, while in Nashua, she allegedly used false information – stating that the father of her youngest child was not resisting with her – to obtain more than $3,000 in food stamps, child care, and nutritional supplement for working families money.

Michael Sullivan, 30, of Derry Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Xanax and falsifying physical evidence. On Nov. 6, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly removed a backpack from a vehicle he was operating and hit it in a nearby parking lot.

Eric Wyatt, 28, pictured lower center, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on two felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine, Oxycodone allegedly on Dc. 19, 2016, in Nashua.

Timothy Lambert, 36, pictured lower right, of Dunloggin Road in Nashua, for domestic violence-simple assault for allegedly pushing an intimate partner against a dresser on Sept. 10, 2016, in Nashua.
