Concord Police Log: Felon Arrested on Aggravated Assault with Gun Warrant
Plus, residents face conduct after accident charges, other driver and drug charges.

CONCORD, NH - Nicole Baxter, 33, of Gilmore Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on July 15, 2015, on a bench warrant out of Nashua District Court for failure to appear on a speeding charge. She was arrested after a traffic stop on South Main Street for passing over the fog line. Baxter is due in court on Aug. 5.

Chad M. Konopka, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 11:27 p.m. on July 13, 2015, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. An officer was sent to Loudon Road for a report of a suspicious person parked in a Ford Taurus outside of the building the last several nights. The officer approached the vehicle and reportedly saw a glass marijuana pipe in the driver’s lap. The officer knocked on the window just as Konopka allegedly attempted to conceal the pipe. “I identified myself to the man and told him to hand me the pipe,” the officer alleged. “At first the man looked at me as if he was unsure what I was talking about. I told him a second time to hand me the pipe, at which point he did.” When asked if there was other marijuana in the car, he allegedly handed a cigarette pack with a piece of plastic with resin on it. Konopka was arrested and is due in court on Aug. 24.

Michael P. Corey, 31, of Valentine Drive in Manchester, received a summons at 8:13 p.m. on July 12, 2015, for an illegal U-turn and operating without a valid license after a traffic stop on Loudon Road after making a U-turn on North Main Street. His license expired in June so he was given a summons. Corey is due in court on Aug. 17.

Jacob M. Ball, 32, a homeless man now located in Concord, received a summons at 9:20 p.m. on July 11, 2015, for criminal trespass. Also receiving summonses were Andrew R. Goodnow, 31, a homeless man now located in Concord, for consumption of liquor on private property and Kendrick H. Waddell, 43, a homeless man now located in Concord, for criminal trespass. Officers on foot and bike patrol were in the area of the railroad tracks area behind Storrs Street and allegedly found two people in the woods along the tracks between Ferry Street and Stickney Avenue. One, Waddell, reportedly stated he knew he was not supposed to be on the tracks but stated he was just sleeping there for the night. Another, Goodnow, was allegedly drinking a can of Natty Daddy beer. He allegedly displayed several signs of alcohol impairment and reportedly stated that he did not have permission to be drinking on the property. A third man, Ball, allegedly also said he knew he wasn’t supposed to be on the tracks. He was given a summons. All three are due in court on Aug. 10.
Gloria A. Cox, 61, of Buffs Drive in Concord, was arrested at 7:34 p.m. on June 17, 2015, on a conduct after an accident charge outside of Sam’s Cub on Sheep Davis Road on June 14, 2015.
Timothy Lambert, 34, of Goodwin Road in West Enfield, ME, received a summons at 4:50 p.m. on June 12, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on East Side Drive and Loudon Road for a suspended license and registrations.
Heidi L. Jenkerson, 39, of Garvins Falls Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:17 p.m. on June 11, 2015, for driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration, and driver’s license prohibitions after a traffic stop on North State Street for an unclear inspection sticker. The driver, Jenkerson, had a suspended license and registration, and was arrested.
Samantha Pardi, 26, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, received a summons at 8:35 p.m. on June 8, 2015, for a reckless operation warrant from the Hillsboro Police Department.
Megan E. Jackson, 27, of Myrtle Avenue in Albany, NY, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. on June 7, 2015, for conduct after an accident after an incident on May 25, 2015, outside of the Concord Feminist Health Center on South Main Street.
Steven D. Jones, 35, of McKinley Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on June 5, 2015, on fugitive from justice and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charge, both felonies, as well as a sidewalk citation. Jones was wanted out of Haverhill, MA, from April 7, 2015, for aggravated assault with a gun. He was arrested after being questioned for riding a bicycle on the sidewalk on North Main Street between Depot and Pleasant streets. During a pat down and search, officers allegedly found a 4-inch Gerber knife in his backpack and that charge was added. Jones was convicted in February 2005 of felony criminal threatening.
