Alleged Stranglers, Others Indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court
Plus, an alleged Amherst stalker, felon allegedly with a knife in Merrimack, and, Nashua residents allegedly possessing drugs also indicted.
NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently by the Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Dakota Carey, 22, of Whitney Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam and criminal trespass. On Nov. 3, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly remained on property when ordered to leave by the owner.
Jeffrey Casto, 28, of Easton Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony forgery on Sept. 22, 2016, for allegedly drawing on the business account of Total Gym Fitness in Nashua.

Korey Cholette, 28, pictured upper center left, of Baker Street in Manchester, for robbery and tampering with informants, both felonies, for allegedly robbing the Bellweather Community Credit Union in Nashua on July 2, 2015, and then asking a witness to recant her statement to police on March 17, 2016, in Nashua.

Jason Cloutier, 39, of Weaton Drive in Pelham, for felony second-degree assault. On Feb. 1, 2017, he allegedly strangled an intimate partner in Hudson.
Nicholas Day, 34, pictured upper left, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for first-degree assault, second-degree assault, and falsifying physical evidence, all felonies. On Dec. 17, 2016, he allegedly stabbed another person with a knife and then tried to conceal the knife under a mattress.
Lonnie Davis, 55, of Essex Street in Manchester, for possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence, both felonies. On Jan. 18, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly threw the crack on the ground. Davis was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in March 2015.
Jhon Delhoz, 27, of Sargeant Street in Lawrence, MA, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-hydrocodone allegedly on Oct. 30, 2016, in Nashua.
Clint DePalmer, 36, pictured upper center right, of Royal Lane in Londonderry, for possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon, both felonies. On Dec. 9, 2016, in Merrimack, he was allegedly in possession of drugs and a knife. Previously, according to the indictment, DePalmer was convicted on a drug charge in Connecticut.
Jennifer Dustin, 41, of Dunloggin Road in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Oxycodone and disobeying an officer allegedly on Dec. 19, 2016, in Nashua after a traffic stop on Broad Street.
Thomas E. Fallon, 48, pictured upper right, of Stearns Road in Amherst, for felony domestic violence-stalking allegedly on Feb. 15, 2017, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of stalking in September 2016 in Milford District Court.
