Alleged Teen Revenge Shooter, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Manchester man indicted for striking Merrimack cop, alleged Nashua strangler faces two counts, and Milford man faces drug charge.

NASHUA, NH - The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court:

Kevin Sprague, 22, of Noons Quarry Road in Milford, for possession of Ambien (Zolpidem), a felony, on March 11, 2015, in Nashua.

Jose Vazquez, 41, with a last known address of Palm Street in Nashua, for two counts of felony second-degree assault. On Dec. 5, 2015, in Nashua he allegedly choked a person who was a previous intimate partner.

Mitchell Weaver, 33, unknown address, previously incarcerated, for felony possession of a narcotic drug (heroin) on Oct. 19, 2015, in Nashua.

Valmore LaPlante, 36, of Cheney Drive in Hudson, for felony duty to report. In November 2015, he allegedly failed to register as a sex offender with the Hudson Police Department.

The owners of the La Simpatia Lounge and Grill on West Hollis Street for two felony licenses required; alcohol for allegedly selling alcohol to a patron on Oct. 9, and Oct. 15, 2015, without a valid license.

Samantha Lussier, 30, of Shattuck Lane in Brookline, for felony accomplice to sale of narcotics. On May 28, 2015, in Nashua, she reportedly aided Jeremy Brown by driving him to a location where he could allegedly sell heroin.

Ryan Mateo, 19, of Louisburg Square in Nashua, for felony reckless conduct. On Aug. 2, 2015, he allegedly fired a handgun at a home on High Pine Avenue in Nashua, placing other occupants in danger.

Kyle Mehlhorn, 22, with a last known address of Hanover Street in Manchester, for possession of a narcotic drug (methamphetamine) and convicted felons, both felonies, as well as simple assault and two counts of resisting arrest. On Dec. 31, 2015, in Merrimack, he allegedly struck an officer in he face and flailed his arms around after reportedly refusing to exit a vehicle during a traffic stop. Mehlhorn allegedly was in possession of the drug and had a knife in his possession when he was arrested. He was previously convicted of second-degree assault in Hillsborough County Superior Court in 2014.
