Former Nashua Pastor Indicted On Child Sexual Abuses Image Charges: Court

Hollis man indicted on child sexual assault charges; man indicted on gun threat charge; Keene woman accused of drug dealing in Merrimack.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Robert Algeri, 60, of White Pine Street in Hollis on tampering with witnesses and informants and four aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. He was accused of sexually assaulting a child between Sept. 12, 2016, and Jan. 1, 2019, in Hollis. Algeri was also accused of attempting to induce the girl to withhold testimony or information about the incidents. He pleaded guilty to child endangerment, two felonious sexual assault, and aggravated felonious sexual assault charges in October 2023 and received a 10- to 30-year sentence in state prison as well as several suspended sentences. In December 2023, the sentences were affirmed by the Sentence Review Board.

Erick Anderson, 45, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on June 22 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug possession charge in April 2015 in Hillsborough County.

Jessica Anderson, 35, of Tyler Street in Nashua on six felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — fentanyl, morphine, oxycodone, buprenorphine, methamphetamine, and cocaine and fentanyl mix. The charges stem from incidents on Nov. 4, 2021, April 11, April 27, and June 22, all in Nashua.

Stephen Bates, 47, of Country Club Drive in Manchester on 10 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing photos and videos on March 15 in Nashua. Read more about this case here: Nashua Pastor Arrested On Possessing Child Sex Abuse Image Charge

Phillip Bernard, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges. He was accused of possessing fentanyl and methamphetamine with intent to distribute on June 15 in Nashua.

Tyler Blanchard, 36, of Richman Road in Hudson on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges — methamphetamine, psilocin, alprazolam, diazepam, and clonazepam on May 4 in Hudson.

Francisco Brignoni, 43, of Shedds Avenue in Nashua on a felony domestic violence charge. He was accused of pointing a gun at a woman stating, “I will murk you,” between May 11 and May 12 in Nashua.

Megan Burke, 33, of Amherst Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on June 16, 2021, in Nashua.

Kerri Butler, 38, of Roxbury Place on Keene on felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine and dealing in or possessing prescription drugs-gabapentin charges on Feb. 16 in Merrimack. She was accused of possessing the gabapentin with intent to distribute. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Sullivan County Superior Court in February 2019.
