Nashua Man Indicted On Sexual Assault Charge: Roundup

Alleged cocaine dealer, alleged Lawrence thief, alleged burglary from Hudson, Litchfield man reportedly making pellet gun threats, indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Nigel Almonte, 24, upper middle, of Vine Street in Nashua, for controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-cocaine and sale of a narcotic drug-cocaine, second offense. The charges stem from alleged incident on April 18, and April 24, 2017, in Nashua. According to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited in December 2014, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Dekara Anderson, 42, incarcerated in Manchester at the time of the indictment, on two counts of controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-cocaine and tampering with witnesses and informants. The charges stem from alleged incidents on June 28, July 5, and Aug. 1, 2017, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of cocaine with intent to distribute in Suffolk County Superior Court in Boston, MA, in 2012.

Luis Ponte Jr., 27, of Shawsheen Road in Lawrence, MA, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – allegedly stealing jewelry between July 8, and July 10, 2017, in Milford.

Thomas Arenella, 34, of Hurley Street in Hudson, for felony controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-Tramadol allegedly on Aug. 22, 2017, in Hudson.

William Baker, 47, of Tolles Street in Nashua, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to notify Nashua Police on July 15, 2017, of his establishment of residence in the city.

John Barbuti, 30, lower left, of Quail Run in Hudson, for felony burglary. Between Aug. 1, and Aug. 2, 2017, he allegedly acted in concert with Shivam Yadav reportedly burglarized Bonsai II Restaurant in Milford.

Brian Bell, 36, of Finch Court in Litchfield, on three felony counts of criminal threatening as well as DUI – second or third, driving without giving proof, and driving after revocation of suspension. On July 21, 2017, in Hudson, he allegedly pointed a pellet gun at others and then drove on Derry Road. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of driving while intoxicated in June 2014, in Merrimack District Court.

Phillip Bernard, 37, upper left, of no fixed address in Nashua, for controlled drug acts; acts prohibited-heroin allegedly on Nov. 22, 2016, in Nashua.

Shane Biron, 33, of Amherst Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-cocaine as well as two counts of domestic violence-simple assault and two counts of simple assault. On Aug. 5, 2017, in Nashua, he allegedly punched and kicked an intimate partner.
