Hudson Man Indicted On Sexual Assault, Evidence Charges: County Court

Plus: Man indicted on a negligent homicide charge after fatal crash; Nashua man indicted on strangulation charges; Milford drug indictment.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Clinton Turner, 30, of New Haven, Connecticut, on second-degree murder, robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery charges, all felonies. He was accused of working with Taezhan Brewer and solicited Tramaine Poole and-or Diana Hazard, according to the indictment, to steal property, a safe, from a Buck Street property on July 6, 2018. During the robbery, David Smith was killed.

Travis Worth, 38, of Turnpike Road in New Ipswich on negligent homicide and aggravated driving while intoxicated charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of drinking and driving and causing a motor vehicle collision on Dec. 1, 2021, in Greenville. The crash led to the death of Kyle Tetreault of Wilton. Jeff Xavier, 35, of Neponset Street in Norwood, Massachusetts, on identity fraud and forgery charges, both felonies. He was accused by police of uttering a check for $8,998, purported to be authorized by an insurance company, to another man on Dec. 27, 2021, in Nashua.

Frank Aresco, 39, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson on an aggravated felonious sexual assault and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. He was accused of raping another person on Feb. 15 in Hudson and then washing sheets and clothes after learning the victim was filing a report with the police.

Tyler Blanchard, 36, of Richman Road in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Nov. 8, 2021, in Hudson.

Jason Bond, 35, of Francestown Road in Greenfield on two felon in possession felony charges. He was accused of possessing a hatchet and a hunting knife on Jan. 18 in Merrimack. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a possession of a firearm charge in Boston Federal Court in November 2009.

Cindy Bouchard, 31, of Kennedy Terrace in Van Buren, Maine, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Jan. 24 in Hudson.

Joshua Bowden, 26, of Dan Kelly Drive in Alton Bay on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-para-fluorofentanyl charge on Feb. 22 in Milford.

Steven Brennan, 54, of Satin Avenue in Nashua on two felony second-degree assault-domestic violence charges. He was accused by police of strangling an intimate partner on Nov. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
