Accused Rapist, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County: Roundup
Plus: Nashua man indicted on gun, purse theft charges; Massachusetts man accused of trying to lure a child for sex; and drug indictments.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Joy Schofield, 40, of Congress Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-alprazolam charge on April 9, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on a controlled drug: acts prohibited charge in November 2016.
Kevin Sgro, 30, pictured lower right, of Hanover Street in Nashua, on a felony forgery charge. He's accused of uttering a check for $200 made payable to himself at TD Bank in Nashua from the account of plowing and management company.

Yiranel Siri, 20, upper right, of Norton Street in Nashua, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, cocaine charges on April 1, in Nashua.
Anthony Smart, 31, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, on two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault and second-degree assault, all felonies, as well as three counts of domestic violence-simple assault. He's accused of raping, sodomizing, choking, pushing, and punching a woman, an intimate partner, in Nashua on Aug. 15, 2018.

Justin Spencer, 32, lower left, of Salvail Court in Nashua, on a felony burglary charge on May 9, in Nashua.
Juan Suarez, 25, of Tyler Street in Nashua, on a felony possession with intent to distribute-cocaine charge on May 10, in Nashua.
Melissa Swenson, 29, lower center, of Pine Hill Road in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charge on July 30, 2018, in Brookline.
Wade Vengren, 45, upper left, of Spring Circle in Winchendon, Massachusetts, on attempted aggravated felonious sexual assault and attempted endangering the welfare of a child, both felonies. On Nov. 12, 2018, he's accused of texting a person he thought was a child to arrange for an assault encounter at the McDonald's Restaurant on East Hollis Street in Nashua.
Eric S. Violette, 35, upper middle left, of Ash Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking. On April 5, he's accused of stealing a 9 mm firearm from one person and a purse from another. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Nashua District Court in November 2006, and receiving stolen property in Strafford County Superior Court in May 2009.
Marshall Wood, 31, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on May 1, in Nashua.
Philip Yeung, 40, middle right, of Union Street in Flushing, New York, on a felony attempted theft by deception charge – trying to obtain iPhones and business lines of service at Verizon Wireless, valued at more than $1,500 – on April 11, in Nashua.
