Lowell Woman Indicted On Drug Dealing Charges: Superior Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Juan Jenkins, 21, of Ham Street in Dover on a felony kidnapping charge. He was accused of enticing away a girl from a parent by picking her up in Hudson and bringing her to Portsmouth on April 4, 2021, and not returning her for two days. He was also indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court on a statutory rape charge recently.

Zander Kelley, 20, of Maple Street in Nashua on a felony interference with custody charge. He was accused of knowingly taking a child under 18 from Nashua to Maine while concealing her from her parent or guardian on March 4.

Randy King, 38, of Derry Street in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-anabolic steroid oxandrolone charge on Sept. 2, 2021, in Hudson.

Izan Kozicz, 21, of Bodwell Road in Manchester on three felony felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of statutory rape of a girl on Sept. 19, 2020, in Nashua. He was also indicted in Rockingham County Superior Court recently on of certain uses of computer services prohibited, aggravated felonious sexual assault, felonious sexual assault, and indecent exposure and lewdness charges.

Michael Lacrosse, 40, of Morrill Place in Lynn, Massachusetts, on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of burglarizing Mobile on the Run in Hudson and stealing more than $1,500 worth of items on Oct. 29, 2021.

Daniel Leblanc, 60, of Route 31 N in Wilton on a felony forgery charge. He was accused of defrauding a woman by signing her name to a certificate of title without permission and uttering the forged writing to the Milford town clerk on Nov. 17, 2021.

Edward Lessard, 50, of Riverside Avenue in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge in Hudson on Jan. 12.

Nicole Letellier, 34, of Mobile Drive in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Sept. 15, 2021, in Hudson.

Crystal Mahoney, 29, of Lilley Avenue in Lowell, Massachusetts, on three felony counts of controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl and para-fluorofentanyl mix. She was accused of selling the drugs to a cooperating person working with the Nashua police on Dec. 6, Dec. 7, and Dec. 20, 2021, in Nashua.

Cody J. Maki, 22, of Wason Road in Hudson on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of sexually assaulting a girl on Dec. 26, 2021, in Hudson.

Paul Mangiafico, 32, of Manchester Street in Manchester on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing an iPhone 13 from T-Mobile in Nashua on Feb. 10. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges.
