Alleged Strangler, Drug Dealers, Others Indicted: Roundup

Plus, Hooksett man indicted for criminal threatening and firing a gun, alleged Pelham forger indicted, and Nashua sex offender indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court recently:

Johnathan Gerald, 32, pictured upper center, incarcerated, on five counts of second-degree assault-domestic violence, a felony. On April 2, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly pushed a woman into a wall, fracturing her ribs, strangled her, held her head down into a pillow so she couldn’t breathe, and punched her in the head, causing a concussion.

Stephen Gill, 39, pictured far right, of Lardeo Circle in Nashua, for felony duty to inform. On March 31, 2016, he allegedly failed his sex offender register with the Nashua Police within the required time period.

Sheldon Grant, 34, pictured bottom center, incarcerated, for first-degree assault and domestic violence, both felonies. On March 12, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly stabbed a woman in the leg with a knife.

Devon Gregory, 20, pictured upper left, of Granite Street in Hooksett, for criminal threatening and reckless conduct, both felonies. On Feb. 14, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly threatened another person with a firearm stating, “I don’t think I have to pay. I have a gun,” or words to that effect, and fired the gun into the window of a vehicle.

Dennis Higgins Jr., 23, of Elmwood Drive in Hudson, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute in Hudson on March 17, 2016.

Bion Hilbert, 32, of Little Island Park in Pelham, for felony forgery and receiving stolen property (less than $1,000). On Feb. 29, 2016, he allegedly uttered a check from another person in Pelham.

Julie Hutton, 36, of South Street in Fitchburg, MA, for felony possession of buprenorphine from Feb. 18, 2016, in Nashua.

Richard Jalbert, 53, of Sullivan Road in Hudson, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam and Diazepam, second offense, on March 27, 2016, in Nashua. He was previously convicted of possession of a controlled drug in July 1981 in Salem District Court.

Randy King, 32, of E Street in Nashua, for five counts of possession of controlled drug-Buprenorphine, Alprazolam, heroin, marijuana, subsequent, four of them felonies, possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-marijuana, and felonious use of a firearm (a loaded Sig Sauer semi-automatic pistol). He was arrested on April 15, 2016, in Nashua. King was previously convicted of a controlled drug act in 2001.

Michael Kopka, 49, of Pine Street in Hudson, for two counts of felony habitual offender, two counts of driving without giving proof, two counts of disobeying an officer. On Feb. 11, and April 28, 2016, he allegedly was stopped for driving in Nashua and gave false information to police after having been deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV.
