Nashua Felon Indicted On Knife Threat, Kidnapping Charges: Court
Man indicted on 9 charges after shooting incident; second man indicted on robbery charges; 2 indicted on child sexual abuse images charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Nathan Flores, 23, of Main Street in Nashua on nine felony reckless conduct charges. He was accused of acting in concert with Jose Flores and Jan-Garcia Rivera in placing others in danger by providing transportation to them to a residential area where a gun was fired repeatedly on Fifield and Taylor streets in Nashua on March 4, 2021, according to the indictment.
Antonio Franco, 34, pictured, of Tolles Street in Nashua on domestic violence-criminal threatening, reckless conduct-domestic violence, kidnapping-domestic violence, criminal restraint-domestic violence, and pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charges, all felonies. He was accused of threatening a woman at knifepoint on Arlington Street in Nashua on March 13. Franco is a felon due to a first-degree assault conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 2020.

Kerry Fredette, 33, of Railroad Square in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge on March 16 in Nashua.
John Garcia, 52, of East Dunstable Road in Nashua on two felony robbery charges. He was accused of acting as an accomplice to Shawn Soucy at the Bank of America on Main Street and East Hollis Street Variety, both in Nashua, on Jan. 18, according to the indictment. Zachary Gilbert, 34, of Portland Street in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-buprenorphine charge on Feb. 10 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on controlled drug act in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2018.
Vincent Giugno, 18, of Pratt Street in Nashua on 10 counts of possession of child sexual abuse images on Nov. 1, 2021, in Nashua.
Nathaniel Guerra, 21, of Conant Road in Nashua on five counts of distribution of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of circulating videos to others on Kik on Oct. 4, and Oct. 19, 2021, in Nashua.
Ramon Guzman, 40, of Green Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-marijuana with intent to sell charge. He was accused of possessing 326.6 grams of marijuana in Nashua on Feb. 16.
Derek Hammerle, 38, of Ash Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Feb. 17 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County in May 2017.
Robert Hopkins, 34, of Shannon Street in Lewiston, Maine, on conspiracy to sell a controlled drug and attempt to possess a controlled drug charges, both felonies. He was accused of being involved with the transfer of crack cocaine in Hudson between Dec. 1, 2018, and Dec. 16, 2021, which involved Mark Dipaolo, Craig Clark, and others known or unknown, the indictment said.
