Alleged NY Welfare Fraudster, Child Abuser, Others Indicted: Roundup
Plus, elderly Greenville man indicted for knife threat, alleged Nashua stalker indicted, and another man indicted in gun threat case.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.
Dale Gould, 46, of Blossom Street in Nashua, for two counts of domestic violence-stalking. On April 2, 2016, in Hudson, he allegedly contacted a woman he knew via email and telephone after already being provided with a protective order against him.

Tyler Greenhalgh, 23, of Tampa Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Oxycodone, allegedly on July 26, 2016, in Nashua.
Derek Hammerle, 32, of West Hollis Street in Nashua, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Lorazepam, allegedly on June 13, 2016, in Nashua.

Czar Hardiman, 25, of Windsor Street in Nashua, for felony criminal threatening. On July 22, 2016, he allegedly pointed a firearm at a woman and made a firing motion toward her.
Gary Hendricks, 66, of Adams Hill Road in Greenville, for falsifying physical evidence, domestic violence, domestic violence-criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal restraint, all felonies, as well as domestic violence-simple assault. On July 21, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly held a knife to the throat of and pushed a woman he had been previously intimate with. Hendricks also allegedly destroyed or removed an electronic storage device from a surveillance system.
Genaro Hernandez, 34, of West 100th Street in New York, NY, for felony welfare fraud. Between March and September 2015, he allegedly failed to disclose income and wages he was earning at a diamond casting machine company while also receiving benefits.
Shane Hirth, 26, of no fixed address in Nashua, for felony burglary. On July 14, 2016, in Nashua, he allegedly burglarized the Speedway gas station.
Corey Jordan, 23, of Pine Street in Nashua, for felony second-degree assault for allegedly striking a child under 13 in the face with his hand causing bruising, allegedly on May 14, 2016, in Nashua.
James J. Lambert IV, 22, of Anderson Drive in Methuen, MA, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol, allegedly on June 29, 2016, in Nashua.
