Nashua Man Indicted On Child Sexual Abuse Images Charges: Court

Women indicted on drug dealing charges in Merrimack; man indicted in knife attack incident; Somersworth resident faces a burglary charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

James Kaupelis, 29, of Kessler Farm Drive in Nashua on 11 possession of child sexual abuse images charges on Feb. 4 and March 25 in Nashua. Read more about this indictment here: Nashua Man Accused Of Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Images

David Lamoureux, 32, of Mountain View Street in Nashua, on possession of fentanyl with intent to sell and possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell charges, both felonies, on May 18 in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession of a controlled drug in September 2020.

Tracy Neves, 49, of Broad Street in Somersworth on burglary and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies, after an incident at 3D Auto Works on Industrial Drive and B&C Glass on Industrial Drive in Hudson on Aug. 29, 2020.

Robert Ngari, 37, of Palm Street in Nashua on a felony sale of crack cocaine charge on Aug. 5 in Nashua.

Tammy O’Brien, 48, of Arthurs Lane in Nashua on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-oxycodone, buprenorphine charges on Jan. 11, Jan. 19, and Jan. 25 in Merrimack.

Joseph Pavone, 63, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony first-degree assault charges. He was accused of stabbing another man with a knife on Aug. 3 in Nashua. Read more about this indictment here: Nashua Man Claims Self-Defense In Stabbing Incident: Court Doc

Joseph P. Pelletier, 53, of Pelham Street in Nashua on a felony second-degree assault charge. He was accused of strangling a woman on Aug. 17 in Nashua.

Matthew Perry, 38, of Lock Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on May 11 in Nashua.

Ryan Plamondon, 47, of Blueberry Lane in Hudson on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-psilocybin mushrooms charge on July 11 in Merrimack.

Amsire Polanco, 29, of Green Street in Jamaica Plain, Massachusetts, on a felony pistols & revolvers; convicted felons charge. He was accused of possessing metallic knuckles in Hollis on Aug. 23. Polanco, according to the indictment, is a felon due to a burglary conviction in Hillsborough County, Florida, in February 2011.

Patricia Pringle, 49, of Be Aire Avenue in Merrimack on three felony sale of oxycodone charges. She was accused of selling the drug to an agent of the police department on Feb. 1, Feb. 18, and Feb. 23 in Merrimack.

Melvin Reyes, 28, of Cross Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-paraflourofentanyl and fentanyl mix charge on Aug. 5 in Nashua.
