Nashua Man Indicted On Gun Threat, Other Charges: Superior Court Roundup
Plus: Stolen vehicle indictment in Merrimack; Hudson woman indicted on welfare fraud charges; stalker indicted on more stalking charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Jameson Reed, 29, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 15 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in March 2013 in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.
Giovanni Rivera, 29, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing jewelry at Jeweler’s Workbench in Nashua on June 27.

Daniel Rivera, 32, of Market Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine on July 4.
Tara Senter, 40, of Maple Street in Manchester on a felony receiving stolen property charge. She was accused of acting in concert with Shane Kimball and retaining a Nissan Altima owned by Budget Rent-A-Car on Aug. 6 in Merrimack.

Raymond Sinclair, 68, of Canal Street in Nashua on two stalking charges. He was accused of violating a stalking order on Aug. 4 and Sept. 2 in Nashua after being convicted of stalking in 9th Circuit District Court in May 2021.
Ryan Smith, 33, of Manilla Way in Nashua on criminal threatening, reckless conduct, felonious use of a firearm, and falsifying physical evidence charges, all felonies. On Aug. 4, he was accused of firing a gun near another person, pointing the gun at the person, and concealing the gun to impair an investigation in Nashua.
Jarianis Suazo, 23, of Ames Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Victoria’s Secret in Nashua on Oct. 1, 2021.
David Sweet, 50, of Richard Court in Raymond on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing more than $83,333 from a woman in Hudson on June 30, 2021.
Devontae Taliaferro, 27, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a criminal order on Aug. 12 in Nasua after previously being convicted on stalking in Nashua District Court in May.
Nicole Gatta Taylor, 46, of Barbara Lane in Hudson on two felony public welfare-prohibited act charges. She was accused of collecting Medicaid and SNAP benefits between Feb. 1, 2016, and March 31, which she was not qualified for in Hudson.
