Mass. Man Faces Child Sexual Abuse Image Charge: Court Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Jeffrey Riel, 43, of Walnut Street in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine charge in Nashua on April 13.

Miguel Saez, 57, of Chandler Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-crack cocaine and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies, on April 25 in Nashua. He was convicted on a possession charge in March 1990.

Jordan Sansone, 23, of Morningside Drive in Derry on a felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of sexually fondling a girl in Merrimack between Jan. 1, 2016, and March 31, 2019.

Karissa Scruggs, 30, of A Street in Hudson on theft by unauthorized taking and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She was accused of stealing batteries and speakers from Walmart in Hudson on April 20 after twice before being convicted on theft and willful concealment charges in October 2012 and January. She was also accused of hiding license plates from a vehicle involved in a crash in an effort to impair an investigation on April 20 in Hudson.

Raymond Sinclair, 68, of Canal Street in Nashua on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violating a bail order by being in close proximity to a home where a protected party could be found on April 10 in Nashua after previously being convicted on a stalking charge in May 2021.

James Slater, 60, of Factory Street in Nashua on two felony possession of a narcotic drug-subsequent, crack cocaine and fentanyl and tramadol mix, charges on May 18 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a controlled drug charge in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Robert Sleeper, 35, of Parker Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a single felony count of possession of child sexual abuse images. He was accused of possessing the photo on May 31 in Nashua.
