Hudson Man Indicted On Gun, Threat Charges: Superior Court Docs

NASHUA, NH — The following indictments were made recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Julio Amaro, 28, of Hunt Street in Nashua on a felony possession of a cocaine charge on Sept. 16 in Nashua.

Nathan Bernard, 41, of Underhill Street in Nashua on possession of heroin and receiving stolen property charges, both felonies. He is accused of drug possession and retaining a 2018 Kia Stinger, believing that it might be stolen, from Nashua Collision Center on Sept. 4.

Kyle Braciska, 27, of Lowell Road in Hudson on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He is accused of threatening a woman with a machete on Sept. 5 in Nashua. Previously, he was convicted of robbery in Rockingham County Superior Court in February 2014.

Sheila Breton, 44, of Mavis Avenue in Rochester on felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of heroin-fentanyl charges on June 14 in Nashua.

Jessica Capille, 33, of Oakwood Avenue in Manchester on controlled drug act; acts prohibited (THC) with intent to sell or dispense and possession of fentanyl charges, both felonies, in Hudson on Aug. 12.

Seth Coleman, 38, of Caron Street in Merrimack on a felony second-degree assault-strangulation charge. He is accused of strangling an intimate partner on Aug. 30.

Marco Collazo, 20, of Spring Street in Nashua on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge on Sept. 3 in Nashua.

Howard Cooper, 24, of Rockland Avenue in Manchester on a felony second-degree assault charge. He is accused of punching another person in the side of the head and causing a ruptured eardrum on June 16 in Nashua.

Logan Chaput, 23, of Crosby Street in Milford on a felonious sexual assault charge. He was accused of raping a boy between Aug. 1 and Nov. 30 in Merrimack.

Brianna Cleary, 30, of Forge Drive in Nashua on a felony sale of a controlled drug charge. She is accused of selling tramadol and fentanyl to an agent of the Nashua Police Department on June 17.

Wilfredo Cruz, 45, of Auburn Street in Nashua on a felony duty to inform charge. He is accused of failing to register with Hudson police between July 12 and Aug. 24. Cruz was convicted on the same charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in November 2019. He was convicted on a rape of a child charge in February 2003.
