Retail Business Cash Theft Suspects, Others Indicted In Hillsborough County

Alleged Nashua drug dealers indicted, a convicted stalker from Milford indicted for stalking again, alleged Hudson forger also indicted.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South recently.

Nigel Almonte, 24, pictured upper left, of Cross Street in Nashua, for felony possession with intent to dispense-marijuana allegedly on May 15, 2017, in Hudson.

Ian Anderson, 29, of Chestnut Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine in Nashua allegedly on June 27, and Aug. 1, 2016.

Patrick Aubrey, 28, of Gilson Road in Nashua, on two felony counts of stalking-domestic violence. On May 23, and July 3, 2017, he allegedly stalked an intimate partner in Milford via telephone in violation of a Hillsborough County Superior Court-South bail order from August 2016 and a stalking conviction in November 2016.

Amanda Avelar, 25, with a last known address of Lund Drive in Hudson, on three counts of felony forgery for allegedly uttering checks and defrauding the Digital Federal Credit Union in Hudson in February of this year.

Doris Berry, 49, pictured lower left, of Palm Street in Nashua, for felony falsifying physical evidence. On April 10, 2017, knowing that there was a pending investigation, she allegedly swallowed a glassine bag believed to contain heroin.

Ariel Chase, 20, pictured upper right, of Beech Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking. Between July 1, and Oct. 30, 2016, she allegedly exercised unauthorized control over currency (less than $1,500 but more than $1,000) at the Kid’s Footlocker in Nashua.

Nathaniel Ciardelli, 23, of Russell Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-Clonazepam, fentanyl allegedly on May 27, 2017, in Hudson. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South in September 2013.

Cassundra Cook, 29, pictured left middle, of no fixed address in Nashua, for theft by unauthorized taking ($1,501+). Between Jan. 10, and Jan. 21, 2017, she allegedly exercised unauthorized control over currency belonging to JC Penney in Nashua.

George Cruz, 28, pictured upper center, of Elm Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine with intent to dispense-second offense and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. The charges stem from alleged incidents on March 16, and April 6, 2017, in Nashua.
