Woman Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge: Merrimack Arrests
Plus, Nashua woman arrested on breach of bail charge, Concord man arrested on heroin charge, and others face driving charges.
MERRIMACK, NH — Giuliana Mastantuono, 32, lower right, was arrested on Sept. 25, 2017, and charged with domestic violence. Officers were sent to a local residence for a report of a possible overdose at around 12:15 a.m. When they arrived, they determined that an overdose had not occurred but that an assault allegedly had occurred. Police arrested Mastantuono, she was released on $1,500 personal recognizance bail, and was arraigned the next day.
Paolo Sorribas, 21, lower middle, of Shore Front in Rockaway Beach, NY, was arrested on Sept. 22, 2017, and charged with two counts of prohibited sales and littering. At just after 1:30 a.m., an officer checking businesses in the South End of town came across a vehicle with three people allegedly drinking inside, according to a report. Two of the passengers – teens – were in the vehicle along with Sorribas, the owner of the vehicle.
“Officers also discovered that the involved discarded their empty cans in the landscaping nearby,” according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department.

Sorribas was arrested, released, and is due in court on Oct. 17.

Stephanie Albino, 37, lower left, of Ash Street in Nashua, was arrested on breach of bail conditions on Sept. 23, 2017. At just after 4 p.m., officers were sent to a local home for a report of a woman who was not supposed to be on the property. The woman – Albino – was previously arrested for theft from the property and was out on bail. Her bail conditions, however, required that she stay off the property. Police arrested her and she is due in court on Oct. 26. Karen Gover, 36, upper right, of Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, was arrested on Sept. 21, 2017, for operating after suspension and operating without proof of financial responsibility. At just before 12:30 a.m., an officer saw Gover driving on the Daniel Webster Highway and knew that she had a suspended license. She was pulled over and arrested. Gover is due in court on Oct. 17.
Brendan Carmody, 25, upper center, of Alton Woods in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2017, for receiving stolen property and possession of a narcotic drug. He was arrested at around 1:30 p.m. after police in town received information about a possible stolen vehicle out of Concord. An officer later found Carmody asleep inside of the vehicle and allegedly in possession of heroin. He was arrested and held without bail.
Shawn Crement, 20, upper left, of Patten Road in Merrimack, was arrested on Aug. 11, 2017, for operating after suspension, operating without proof of financial responsibility, possession of marijuana, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on McElwain Street for a motor vehicle infraction. He was arraigned on Sept. 12.
