Milford Man Arrested In Merrimack On Another Stalking Charge
Tanner Ricciardi was arrested on Thursday after Merrimack police spotted him as a passenger in a vehicle.

MERRIMACK, NH — A Milford man with a history of arrests including assault has been arrested again in Merrimack. Tanner Ricciardi, 27, of Osgood Road in Milford, was arrested on June 6, 2019, on a domestic violence-stalking charge. At just before 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, members of the special investigations unit reportedly observed Ricciardi riding as a passenger in a motor vehicle.
The driver was a woman who was the subject of a criminal bail protection order, according to Sgt. Cassell of the Merrimack Police Department.
"The order prohibits Ricciardi from communicating with or coming within 300 feet of the female in question," he noted. "Officers were familiar with Ricciardi from a prior domestic related incident which occurred April 18, 2019, in Merrimack, during which he assaulted the female."
