Accused Child Rapist From Hudson Indicted: County Court Roundup

Pepperell man indicted on computer sex crime, solicitation charges; Merrimack man indicted on deception charge; Milford man on theft charge.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Chavela T. Aaron, 55, of Stanwood Street in Dorchester, Massachusetts, on 11 felony counts of title fraud as well as 10 counts of tamper with public records and one unsworn falsification charge. The charges stem from incidents between June 2013, and January 2018, where he is accused of using a false address in Nashua for the application of a certificate of titles on motor vehicles.

Lance Bellerose, 45, center right, of Baboosic Lake Road in Merrimack, on a felony theft by deception charge from an incident at the Walmart in Hudson on May 3.

Nicholas Cantin, 39, of Harbor Avenue in Nashua, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, buprenorphine on April 28, in Nashua.

Joshua Carrasquillo, 37, far left, of Hollis Street in Pepperell, MA, on attempted endangering the welfare of a child, attempting felonious sexual assault, and falsifying physical evidence charges. He is accused of soliciting a Nashua police detective, that he thought was a child, for underage sex on June 10. The indictment accuses him of deleting the text free application from his phone upon seeing law enforcement approach his vehicle at the McDonald's Restaurant on East Hollis Street.

Geno Casson, 33, of Lakewood Drive in Madison, Maine, on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-tramadol, buprenorphine on May 9, in Nashua.

Kris Christian, 31, of Old Derry Road in Hudson, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine charge on April 25, in Hudson.

Samuel Cole, 30, of Riverdale Road in Lanham, Maryland, on felony fraudulent use of a credit card charge. He's accused of obtaining more than $2,023 worth of VISA gift cards by using someone else's credit card in Hudson on Jan 11.

Ana Cradock, 34, of Liberty Street in Lowell, MA, on a possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on March 2, in Nashua.

Robert Cronin, 36, of Main Street in Greenville, on a felony burglary charge. He's accused of burglarizing a home in Greenville on June 8.

Michael D'Amico, 29, of Kienia Road in Hudson, on three domestic violence-aggravated felonious sexual assault and two domestic violence-sexual assault charges, all felonies, as well as indecent exposure and an assault charge. He's accused of raping and fondling a girl under 16 between February 2015, and June 2019.
