Concord Man Arrested On Numerous Assault Charges: Police Log
Weare man charged with domestic violence protective order violation; Queen City man arrested on a theft charge; resisting arrest incidents.

CONCORD, NH — Christopher Doubleday, 46, of Tiffany Hill Road in Weare, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. on June 30, 2019, on a violation of a protective order charge. According to a court affidavit, 24 hours before his arrest, a woman called police to file a complaint about a possible domestic violence order violation. The woman, while at work on Integra Drive, accused Doubleday of sending her a text message. The reporting officer viewed the message – which referenced the woman "being worse than his previous girlfriend." Weare police arrested him that afternoon and the Concord officer went to speak to Doubleday in Weare. Doubleday reportedly stated he was stressed when he wrote the message while "he was in the process of blocking (the woman's) phone number and deleting text messages." He allegedly admitted it was a mistake, according to the report. Doubleday was arrested and held.
Robert W. Bachman, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 7:35 p.m. on June 29, on simple assault and resisting arrest or detention charges on Fisherville Road.
William Leroy Vinal, born 1968, unknown address, was arrested at 6:30 a.m. on June 28, on a warranton South State Street.

John Robert Sweeney, born 1967, unknown address, was arrested at 4:04 p.m. on June 27, on deal/possess prescription drugs, resisting arrest or detention, and a bench warrant. Officers on bike patrol on North Main Street saw a man riding his bike on the sidewalk near Viking House and stopped him, according to a court affidavit. They ran a check on him and found that he had a parole violation warrant issued out of Merrimack County. When told of the warrant and the need to be taken into custody, Sweeney allegedly stated, "I can't, I'm out of here," and attempted to ride away. Both officers grabbed Sweeney and took him to the ground. He allegedly continued to resist being handcuffed but eventually was brought under control. During an inventory search at police headquarters, officers allegedly found a bag containing Probolix Oxybolix 75, a steroid prescription. Sweeney reportedly stated he didn't have a prescription for the drug.
Brent Lewis Keyser, born 1985, of Concord, pictured, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. on June 26, on two counts of second-degree assault, four counts of domestic violence-simple assault, four counts of simple assault, criminal threatening, domestic violence-criminal threatening-deadly weapon, and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested in the Fisherville Road area of the city.

Paul Stephen Apostolakes, born 1988, of Manchester, was arrested on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at 4:55 p.m. on June 25. He was arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
Omar Hutchinson, born 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 11:06 p.m. on Feb. 6, on a resisting arrest or detention charge on Loudon Road.
Nika Laurence, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 5:16 p.m. on Feb. 5, on a warrant on Loudon Road.
Brittany Price, born 1996, of Allenstown, was arrested at 10:02 p.m. on Feb. 5, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge at Walmart on Loudon Road.
