Nevada Prisoner Indicted On Child Rape Charges: Roundup

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court-South.

Marie Nelson, 55, of Knightsbridge Drive in Nashua, on two felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-dextroamphetamine-amphetamine, alprazolam on Jan. 10, 2019, in Nashua.

Charles Parkhurst, 56, of Norton Street in Nashua, on a felony common nuisance charge. Between Aug. 7, 2018, and Jan. 3, he's accused of knowing that a home on Norton Street in Nashua was being used to keep or sell drugs.

Stephen Pierce, 25, pictured far left, of Hemlock Lane in Merrimack, on two felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine charges on Jan. 9, in Merrimack.

Jerry Pimentel, 20, of Haverhill Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on a felony sale of a controlled drug act-cocaine charge on Nov. 19, 2018, in Nashua.

Jordan Pinault, 29, of Railroad Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 4, in Nashua.

Antony Deleon Espinal, 21, middle left, of Vine Street in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct charge for driving a Honda Accord as "a deadly weapon" in Nashua on May 22.

Brayan Del Rio Castillo, 19, of Lake Street in Nashua, on a felony sale of marijuana charge on June 21, in Nashua.

Michael Dembro, 66, middle right, of Temple Street in Nashua, on sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine charges, both felonies, on July 15, in Nashua.

David Dunn, 27, of Linda Street in Hudson, on a felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl charge on July 24, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of controlled drug act in August 2018, in Hillsborough County Superior Court-North.

David Dietle, 43, of High Desert State Prison in Indian Springs, Nevada, on felonious sexual assault, pattern aggravated felonious sexual assault, and two aggravated felonious sexual assault charges, all felonies. Between Jan. 1, 2007, and Dec. 31, 2008, he's accused of raping and fondling a child in Nashua.

Anthony Nieves, 26, far right, of Oak Street in Nashua, on two felony counts of criminal liability to sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl, crack cocaine on May 9, in Nashua.

Peter O'Neill, 36, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 4, in Nashua.
