Danville Man, Nashua Woman Indicted On Burglary Charges: Hillsborough County Superior Court South Roundup
Man accused of targeting girl with nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images; Gilford sex offender indicted on charges in Mason.

NASHUA, NH — A grand jury in Hillsborough County recently indicted the individuals listed below.
Daniel Cote, 57, with a last known address of Longridge Drive in Gilford, on duty to inform and three registration of online identifiers charges, all felonies. He was accused of failing to let Mason police know about a gmail account on March 6, 2025. Cote was also accused of failing to tell them about a new phone number, a Facebook account, and WhatsApp account on Jan. 9, 2025. According to the state of New Hampshire, Cote is a sex offender due to a felonious sexual assault-victim under 16 charge from July 1989.
Joao P. D Castro Rocha, 40, of Royal Crest in Nashua, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining more than $1,500 in property from Excellence Stoneworks and of using Digital Credit Union checks on Jan. 1, 2022, in Hudson.

Joshua Deveau, 39, of Cotton Farm Road in Danville, on two felony burglary charges. He was accused of burglarizing an apartment on Kienia Road in Hudson and committing simple assault against another person.
Jonathan C. Disciscio, 38, of Central Street in Hudson, on receiving stolen property, controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cypionate, and eight controlled drug act; acts prohibited-amphetamine charges, all felonies. He was accused of retaining more than $1,500 in stolen solar inverters belonging to SunRun Solar in Hudson.

Odaine Evans, 36, of Wesley Street in Lowell, Massachusetts, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on Feb. 18, 2024, in Pelham.

Jeremy Slater, 47, of Turnpike Road in New Ipswich, on a felony controlled act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on March 27, 2024, in Hudson.
William N. Sullivan, 31, of West Meadow Road in Lowell, MA, on a felony motor vehicles; penalties charge. He was accused of driving on Main Street in Nashua on July 17, 2025, after being deemed a habitual offender by the NH DMV in September 2020.
Aidan Robert Tierney, 23, of Potter Road in Hudson, on nonconsensual dissemination of private sexual images, possession of child sexual abuse images, falsifying physical evidence, and two charges of distribution of child sexual abuse images, all felonies. He was accused of obtaining lewd pictures of a girl and sending them to her on Feb. 15, 2025, in Hudson. Tierney was also accused of deleting an image from his phone to impede a police investigation.
Mounthy Dethsy Vongxay, 35, of Page Road in Bedford, MA, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charge on Aug. 202, 2025, in Nashua.
Hayden Wilburn, 32, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited, meth and fentanyl, intent to sell or dispense charges, both felonies, on Oct. 15, 2025, in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on drug charges.
Jennifer Young, 43, of Blackstone Drive in Nashua, on a theft by unauthorized taking count and three counts of burglary, all felonies. She was accused of burglarizing and stealing cigarettes from the 7-Eleven in Nashua on Jan. 27, Jan. 30, and Feb. 2, 2025.
