Nashua Felon Indicted On Knife Threat Charge: Superior Court Roundup
Man faces Merrimack sexual assault charges; man indicted on child sexual abuse charges; teen faces witness tampering charge after shooting.

NASHUA, NH — A Hillsborough County grand jury indicted the following people recently.
Michael J. Casey, 67, of Trinity Drive in Nashua, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He was accused of firing several rounds from a pistol in a residential neighborhood of Nashua on Sept. 27, 2024.
Desiree Charter, 38, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, methamphetamine and fentanyl, on July 16, 2024, in Nashua. Previously, she was convicted on acts prohibited in Merrimack County Superior Court in May 2024. Stacey Cincotta, 51, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on June 3, 2024, in Nashua.
Jillene Cotter, 44, of Broadview Road in Lowell, Massachusetts, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited charges, clonazepam, amphetamine, and fentanyl, all felonies.

Robert Cronin, 41, of Main Street in Greenville, on reckless conduct and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of firing a gun near others and an apartment building and causing a projectile to penetrate an apartment wall and threatening to shoot a woman on Oct. 12, 2024, in Greenville.

Christopher Damata, 31, of Plainfield Avenue in Shrewsbury, MA, on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of licking another woman’s anus while she was helpless to resist and not freely able to give consent on July 10, 2022, in Merrimack.
Joshua Deveau, 18, of Kienia Road in Hudson, on conspiracy to commit witness tampering and witness tampering charges, both felonies. Sometime between July 1, and July 4, 2024, in Hudson, he was accused of trying to get another person to go to Manchester police and falsely take responsibility for the firing of a shotgun at Arms Park. Deveau also worked with Melissa Tavares to get the person to falsely take responsibility for the firing of a shotgun in the park, according to an indictment. Jacob Donald-Docarmo, 27, of Pine Street in Nashua, on distribution of child sexual abuse images and 10 possession of child sexual abuse images. Justin Dunkavich, 36, of Colby Lane in Pelham, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on Aug. 28, 2024, in Hudson. Previously, he has been convicted on a possession charge in July 2017 in Rockingham County Superior Court.
Paul Emerick, 42, of Laurel Avenue in Haverhill, MA, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of obtaining control of property at Home Depot on April 28, 2024, in Nashua.
Toni Flaherty, 53, of Ridge Street in Nashua, on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine charge on May 30, 2024, in Nashua.
Michael J. Gannon, 68, of Meadow Street in Sanbornville, on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon and criminal threatening charges, both felonies. He was accused of threatening a woman with a folding knife on May 26, 2024, in Nashua. Gannon is a felon due to a conviction in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in June 1995.
Paul Gutierrez, 46, of Manchester Street in Nashua, on two felony first-degree assault charges. He was accused of striking another person in the torso and the head, causing a fracture in the left orbital and a rib fracture, on Oct. 29, 2023, in Nashua.
