Nashua And Hudson Police Officers Roundup 14 On Various Drug And Other Charges
Several officers made the arrests while operating under a New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative Grant.
NASHUA, NH — During the month of April, police arrested more than a dozen people on various charges.
The arrests, 14, were made by the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit and members of the Hudson Police Department. The charges, according to Sgt. John Cinelli, the public information officer and communications division supervisor of the Nashua Police Department, were “for various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses.” Cinelli added, “Several of these arrests stemmed from when officers were operating under the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Initiative Grant.”

Ryan Basnett, 28, was charged with felony witness tampering.
Lewis Clark, 47, was charged with convicted felons, armed career criminal, sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, and two counts of possession of a controlled drug-cocaine and crack cocaine-subsequent offense, all felonies.

Kelly Grzech, 43, was charged with Common Nuisance, Possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent and two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute-fentanyl and crack cocaine-subsequent, all felonies, and transporting drugs in a motor vehicle.
Henri Guite, 45, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-clonazepam-subsequent offense.
Christine Jones, 34, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and resisting arrest/detention.
Scott Lemere, 60, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine and suboxone-subsequent offense, both felonies.
Gregory Levesque, 36, was charged with two counts of possession of a controlled drug, fentanyl and crack cocaine-subsequent offense, both felonies.
Robert Ngari, 41, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl, resisting arrest or detention, and dealing/possessing prescription drugs.
Craig Riley, 52, was charged with two counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent and common nuisance charges, all felonies.
Charles Shepard, 55, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl.
George Smith, 54, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl-subsequent offense.
Cassie Ann Tallant, 34, was charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine-subsequent offense.
Alexis Turgeon, 30, was arrested and charged with three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-fentanyl and crack cocaine.
Hayden Wilburn, 31, was arrested and charged with felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and two counts of resisting arrest/= or detention.
Basnett and Smith refused bail and are being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Clark, Levesque, and Riley were held pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Grzech was released on $1,000 cash bail pending her arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Guite, Jones, Lemere, Shepard, Tallant, and Turgeon were released on personal recognizance pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Ngari was held on a $400 cash bail pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Wilburn was held on $500 cash bail pending arraignment at 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
