Accused Manchester Strangler Indicted On 3 Charges: Court Roundup
Franklin man accused of using vehicle as a weapon; Pembroke woman indicted on drug sales charge; Concord residents indicted on drug charges.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Jalen Murchison, 23, pictured upper left, of Blodget Street in Manchester, on criminal threatening and two second-degree assault charges. He's accused of strangling and threatening an intimate partner, holding a knife to her neck, during an underage drinking party between Aug. 23 and Aug. 24 on Silk Farm Road in Concord.
James S. Nelson, 58, of Hill Road in Franklin, on a felony reckless conduct charge. He's accused of using a motor vehicle as a deadly weapon, driving into another man, in Franklin on Aug. 2.

Zena Nieto, 23, of Abby Lane in Goffstown, on delivery of articles to prisoners and conspiracy to deliver articles to prisoners, both felonies. Between May 8 and 9, Nieto is accused of being in possession of buprenorphine and naloxone in the New Hampshire State Prison. Brian Limardo is accused of assisting Nieto to smuggle drugs into the prison "by creating a plan" where "Limardo would swallow the drugs and later, excrete them," according to the indictment.
Kody A. Osgood, 29, middle left, of Pleasant Street in Concord, on three felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, fentanyl, and lorazepam charges on Sept. 5 in Concord.

Christopher R. Paquette, 29, upper middle, transient in Concord, on possession of a controlled drug-meth, from Aug. 19 in Concord, and theft by unauthorized taking, from July 16 at Ocean State Job Lot in Concord, both felonies. Previously, he's been convicted of theft twice and possession of a controlled drug in Concord District Court in January 2018.
Stephanie L. Pierce, 36, homeless, on two possession of a controlled drug-meth charges, from July 14 in Boscawen and Aug. 8 in Concord, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. The theft charge reportedly involved a 2004 Honda Accord owned by a man.
Beth Pilotte, 35, of Belmont Street in Manchester, on possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and falsifying physical evidence charges, both felonies. She's accused of being in possession of the drug and then attempting to conceal a baggie in Hooksett on July 7.
Brian Pishon, 47, of Fieldstone Circle in Hampton, on forgery and false statement in application for certificate of title charges, both felonies. Between May 26 and June 12, 2018, he's accused of providing false identification, in the name of a family member, while making an application for a certificate of title to a 2018 Kia Sorrento, in an attempt to defraud Dan O'Brien Kia in Concord.
Quinn Pollock, 24, lower left, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on a felony sale of a controlled drug-meth charge on Sewalls Falls Road in Concord on Dec. 18, 2018.
Arthur Presby, 44, of Horse Corner Road in Chichester, on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He's accused of stealing an air compressor, cutting torch set, and other items owned by Milton Cat on June 4 in Chichester.
Edward M. Raymond, 40, of Hollow Root Road in Loudon, on acts prohibited: possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth charges, both felonies. The charges stem from incidents in Bow and Hooksett between July 13 and July 14.
Gabriella Redmond, 30, upper right. of Royal Lane in Londonderry, on possession of a narcotic drug-crack cocaine and two possession of a controlled drug-meth and lorazepam charges. The charges stem from incidents in Hooksett on May 27.
